Our stay was peaceful, the apartment was great, well located. Certainly when we return to SP, if the apartment is available, we will stay there. I highly recommend it!

Excellent location near the center and Ibirapuera park, very good 24-hour reception, great garage, too. I recommend it.

Very good location, 20 min walk from Paulista and the nearest station (green and yellow lines). Very close to Augusta, so there is music noise at night but nothing that bothers you. It is in front of the Sírio Libanês, so it is a well-lit and busy place until night. The mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable, the sheets and towels were very clean and new. The kitchen is well equipped and has a water filter (important) and cleaning products if needed. The only thing I didn't like was that the reception asked me to leave the key when I left; I wouldn't do that under any circumstances. The Wifi is extremely slow and does not work: if you need to work from there, you will not be able to.

Accommodation exactly like the photos on the site, clean, organized, complete to spend even longer periods of time. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the airport, great restaurants around, 24-hour restaurant in the hotel and staff always very attentive. Carlos is an extremely attentive host, he answered all questions quickly and always kept in touch from arrival to departure, always checking that everything was fine. I highly recommend it.

We stayed a week at this Airbnb and everything went well. We took a dog and it was easy to walk with him because there is a street with many trees next to it. Internet good too

I recommend the accommodation! My experience in André's flat was excellent. The building is very safe, with attentive staff and impeccable daily housekeeping. The location is great, it is a few meters from the subway, which makes it very easy to get around and access everything you need. André was extremely flexible with the early check-in, since the apartment was available, which made all the difference. Great area

This is a cozy and well-organized apartment. Although small is well planned. The bathroom is well clean and the kitchen has enough accessories for a good stay. Great place for 1 or 2 people to stay for a few days. Very well located, near the metro Anhangabaú. The only thing left to be desired is that the cover seemed not to have been washed, even though the sheets were clean. Other than that, with crtz would return to stay in this apartment again.

I loved the place! Everything was very clean and organized. All amenities were working well. Good Wi-Fi, excellent gas shower, hair dryer, etc. everything great. I spent only one night and I liked the place a lot. Bruno gave me the information in a very cordial and organized way. Check-in and check-out were super simple and the location is great. Very close to the subway and easy to get to.
