The house and the place are even more beautiful in person. The house is very spacious, cozy and wonderful bathrooms. The outdoor area is beautiful , great for enjoying the day and enjoying the landscape. Claudia made a beautiful table prepared with a message wishing me happy birthday, which made all the difference. We will definitely come back more often. My family and friends love to spend the weekend at Claudia's house.

Elaine and Cristiano were wonderful. O Chalezão is a true refuge, a paradise. We were surprised by the newly installed hydromassage that greatly improved the experience. The house is complete and cozy, I felt at home, and I had all the utensils I needed to cook. The view from the window is magnificent, and each corner welcomes us. I want to come back more often and the women who have been with me too. I thank you so much for your welcome and for opening your private paradise for my family.

Our stay was amazing! Starting with Leandro, who was a sensational host. Very attentive, careful and quick to respond. The farm is beautiful, with an immense and very well-kept green area. The entire leisure area exceeded our expectations and the house is not even mentioned! Everything was very clean and well maintained. If you go with dogs, be aware that there are some points on the wall that big dogs can jump, we went with 4, one of which is a big one and we had to be aware of that. But that's not a flaw, it's just knowing how to control your dogs. Finally, make sure you are going to a complete place, with all the infrastructure you need and that you will have sensational days.

Very high standard condominium, with wonderful houses and huge boats in the canals with private deck in each house. The house has one of the best views and a large lawn for the children to play on. The boat can dock on the private deck and it is very pleasant. Excellent value for money

What an amazing weekend!!! Me and my family love the place, the view, the house, everything perfect… I really have no words to describe how amazing and satisfying the stay was. We will definitely come back more often. A Gisele super requests and the caretaker Vicente is very attentive. We really love!

The Chácara is beautiful, it makes us forget that it is in São Paulo with all the green around, the singing of the birds and the view of the lake. The house is cozy and very nice. Also, Renato is a great host — super helpful and proactive, always ready to help. During our stay, we did not have any problems, and Paulo was also super available to answer questions, make suggestions and resolve any issues that arose. We love to spend the holiday there! We will definitely go back and highly recommend.

The stay at Wal's place was wonderful! We stayed with a family, total of 12 people (adults and children), and the house behaved perfectly. The place is very safe, quiet and has a lot of green around. The house is beautiful, it was clean, organized, there was everything that was described in the ad and a little more! It's very wide too, it has 2 very well-equipped kitchens, the rooms are very comfortable and airy, the pool is large, and this whole barbecue area/pool is great. Wal was very attentive and helpful at all times! From the check-in, until the end of the stay, he always responded to us promptly. Lastly, it was a great experience! We'll be back soon for sure!

My experience at this lodging was awesome! The house corresponded exactly to what was described in the listing. Everything was neatly well-equipped and spacious. In addition, the cleanliness and care of every detail of the property showed how dedicated hosts are to providing a comfortable and quality stay. Communication with the host was excellent since the beginning of the reservation, Victor always agile and attentive, which made me very quiet. I highly recommend and I will certainly return!

The stay was excellent, check-in was very easy, very quiet and safe condominium, the house is in front of a pool, all according to the description! In 2 minutes' drive you arrive on the main avenue of the city with markets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. We found it necessary to drive to the beach but it's not far away, about 5 minutes. Hosts answered all questions promptly and communication was quick. We went with a puppy and it was very quiet too!

I really liked the residence of Dona Martha, we were surprised by the space, comfortable and cozy accommodations, in addition to the cleaning of the place, all well-equipped bathrooms, rooms and kitchens that super-served us. It was definitely a place we made good memories.

Great location, close to restaurants, markets, gym, pharmacies and the park. Very safe place, with security in front of the house. It is 5 minutes from Aclimação Park, which is great for relaxing and walking. The house has a good kitchen, an office where I could work quietly and the bed is comfortable. Very clean place.... very wooded. I received all instructions perfectly..... . The perfectly clean and organized house, furniture in perfect condition (perfect mattresses) No broken items. showers work normally. The access road is somewhat bumpy, but nothing more than expected since it is a rural area. It was very worth it, we had a very nice weekend. Agradeco host's support a lot I just need to detail that it would be nice to have rubberized carpets also in the laundry room, two people slipped there but it's worth mentioning that we caught rainy days, so it was slippery!!

Excellent experience. I needed to rent the house on short notice, contacted me on Friday, and Douglas answered me promptly. Check in would be possible the next day at 8:00 in the morning. Despite the rent on short notice, the house was impeccable, very clean, new, garden and pool very well maintained. The communication with Douglas was quick and cordial from the start, I have nothing to complain about. I highly recommend and would come back. Wifi caught well and had two connections. One point that can be tricky for some people depending on the car is access, as a small part is by road, very steep. Much of the leisure area has cameras, which may be uncomfortable for some and I think it is important to be described. In the house there were garbage bags, toilet paper and other everyday items that helped us. Me and my family like it very much!
