It has a beautiful view of the sea cove and is 60 meters from a pier and access ramp for boats, from where you can go fishing, enjoy mangrove areas and nearby beaches. Ideal for those who like to fish and enjoy nature. It has a swimming pool, barbecue, large garage for boats with suite, tennis table, billiards and totó.

An entrance gate marks the arrival to a tranquil site, featuring yellow-framed gates and a welcoming sign. A wide dirt path leads into a lush green landscape, surrounded by trees under a partly cloudy sky.
