Great period that I was at the site (more than 1 month) , as the house is in the back there is not the noise of the street, which is very good! The garage is automatic , which makes it easy to get in and out for those who have a car. Mr. Bruno uses the garage to mess with some cars, as I left too early and arrived very late, I had no problems with it. Region with close commerce, square, fast lava, gym, market, pharmacy, etc. local home office and or study well-equipped with internet 💯 Dona Anitta was exceptional!!! Rural helped me a lot!!! From the coffee shop to a day that helped me with an umbrella, helped me with the washed clothes, and berries. All this additional, that is, it has no obligation to do and does so willingly. Saudade da Patrícia (cachorra) which from the day I arrived until the last day when I saw myself jumped into me… kkk

The space is exactly as in the photos: spacious, with a super charming industrial vibe! The service was excellent, Marcelo was very quick and attentive in all responses. The outdoor fireplace was a different and very pleasant experience, which made all the difference in the stay. We will definitely come back another time! ✨♥️

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

The stay at Gabriel's house was perfect, the house is wonderful and accommodated me, my husband and our friend very well and, for sure, we will stay again.

Incredible and Super Comfortable! My stay was simply perfect! From the first contact to check-out, everything worked flawlessly. What impressed me the most was the comfort. It's exactly as shown in the photos - or even better! The bed was extremely comfortable, the bed linen and towels of excellent quality. The decor is very tasteful and every detail seems to have been thought out to offer a welcoming experience. The cleaning was impeccable, which gave me a lot of security and tranquility. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is modern and has a great shower. The location is excellent, and I felt very safe throughout the stay. The Host was very attentive and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions and offering valuable tips. I highly recommend it for those seeking comfort, quality and a carefree stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is as it is in the photos, a cutie, cozy, clean, organized. Paula was very attentive, when I arrived the bathroom light was not working, I contacted her, who quickly arranged for someone to fix it... always responding to my messages with great politeness and speed. She took great care of the apartment beforehand, leaving the bed linen clean and fragrant, and with a welcome chocolate. The kitchen and utensils are well maintained… Soft bed, and the sofa is very comfortable. I only stayed 3 days, but I would have stayed much longer. The fact that it was very close to the airport, a determining factor in my choice, did not disturb me at all, as I could not even hear the planes. The gym is super ok for training. I will definitely stay again.

Excellent location (in front of Parque Augusta), super complete and safe condominium, super cozy room, very well-equipped kitchen, wall air conditioning, bathroom with heated water, wonderful appliances. Everything is very good. Improvement points: there was a wall peeling off the paint, but it did not disturb the experience. I think it would be interesting to provide some simple consumables, such as salt and sugar (I had to buy 1 kg of salt, I used less than 100g and the rest went to waste. It's not even about the value, it's about the waste). But none of that took away the shine of the place. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It was clean, well cared for, impeccable. Excellent bedding, bathroom with a very good shower. I loved the place, I found it easy to locate and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to return more often. The apt is amazing, everything clean and organized. Fast internet connection. An invigorating hot shower! In the building there is a Mercadinho 24h! Close to commerce , shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, which tb deliver by app! Building with security, easy access and very well located! The staff of the building always attentive and helpful! I loved it and recommend it!

The place is exactly as in the photos, extremely clean, organized and very cozy. Very well equipped, I spent quiet days and because of the location we were able to enjoy the surroundings a lot. The building staff is very polite and friendly, which made the check-in very smooth and quick. Fellipe was always very helpful, answering all my questions quickly. I highly recommend!
