Great stay! Marcelo and Andreia were very helpful and friendly hosts! The place itself is very beautiful: residential condominium in front of the sea, with private access to Praia do Tabuleiro; beautiful view of the ap. and the common area of the condominium to the beach; hot and large swimming pool. Very quiet and family place, excellent for rest! We love and will be staying with Marcelo again.

Our experience was very good! The apartment corresponds exactly to what is advertised: well-equipped, comfortable and with a beautiful view of the sea. The condominium offers great leisure areas and direct access to the beach, in addition to the market and snack bars that made our stay much easier. The communication with Fernando was great and we were well received by Rosei. We had quiet and pleasant days, and we certainly want to come back in the future.

Wonderful accommodation to go with family, condominium offers an option for leisure and security, not to mention the view of the apartment. Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We recommend for sure!

The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!

We really like the site! Beautiful and quiet, supermarkets nearby, convenience stores on the front. Ap very good and well equipped. The owner always responded super well and always cordial.

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.

Before booking with Joselita I had 2 cancellations in the same building which made me apprehensive, but with it was all quiet, apartment equipped, we do not miss anything, the structure of the building is excellent, the beach in front of the building is not the best for children, but nothing that prevents the use, we will definitely go back

I recommend it and would come back more often, I believe that for very few details it was not perfect, it really matches the photos and expectations, thank you for the attention fairy in the last few days

It was all perfect! Accommodation served perfectly, everything clean and functional. In the hammock watching the sea and the pool was top. We very much like the condominium, well organized, clean and very beautiful.
