Fully equipped, it's 200m from the beach, close to pharmacies, a market, restaurants, and the most famous street in Icaraí.

Het vrijstaande huis met 3 slaapkamers (waarvan 1 suite), open keuken met grote natuurstenen bar, 2 badkamers, zwembad, voetbalveldje en groot barbecuegedeelte kijkt uit op de Rots van Itaocaia. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand is 10 minuten rijden, het trendy surfersstrand van Itacoatiara is 20 minuten met de auto, Maricá 15 en 60 minuten naar Rio. De perfecte plek om van de natuur te genieten.

We are Henrique and Letícia, and this is the Suíte Tranquilidade, or “Tranquility Suite”, our apartment located 50 meters from the promenade of Praia de Icaraí, and a few meters from all the important services for your stay, such as pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants. Our Suite is a "studio" type apartment, carefully designed to receive our friends and guests, and can accommodate up to 3 people, with a double bed and a sofa bed.
