Uma hospedagem para descansar, ler, relaxar, namorar. Para respirar ar puro e entrar em contato com a natureza, refrescar na piscina, fazer um churrasco, tomar um vinho em volta da fogueira. Tudo isso a 30 minutos do centro de BH. O valor é para um casal e aumenta proporcionalmente ao número de pessoas. Hospedamos até 8 pessoas. Não fazemos festas, mas é possível convidar amigos a passarem o dia. A taxa é de 80 reais por convidado que pode usar apenas a área externa por até 7 horas.

Ranch in the Jardim Encantado neighborhood in Vespasiano, very green, and great location. Tables and chairs, full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove and all utensils to prepare meals! Two double beds, one single bed, 6 single mattresses, one indoor bathroom, two complete outdoor bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet, etc.) Swimming pool, shower, barbecue area, green area!! The house includes 3 bedrooms + living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen, plus a wonderful balcony!

Heated hydro for 5 people. Loud noise is prohibited and may be fined. The documents of all guests must be sent to confirm the reservation

The neighborhood is very quiet and is excellent for those looking for a space with a leisure area and at the same time quiet. Great for resting! Nice house, newly built on a 1000-meter plot of land, all walled, with heated pool, in a quiet location, in a residential area, with homes and shops nearby. A great option for your comfort and that of your family, including a home office. The internet is very good (fiber optic). Children are welcome, however, there are no fences in the pool area.
