The apartment is very cozy, the neighborhood is extremely quiet. Everything was very clean and organized, I spent very good days in this space I recommend and I will definitely come back more often, worth every penny!

Fabio was amazing, He very helpful. He would respond so fast. I would stay at Fabio’s anytime. Recommended for anyone. Great location and quiet neighborhood and safe.

Since it was a last-minute request, I reached out directly to the compact that gave me Larissa's phone number that handles Airbnb reservations. She let me know that the owner of this listing apartment had not released the reservation for the weekend I needed, but promptly offered me another very good apartment and well located in the DuoJK building. I really enjoyed the stay in this other apartment, which was well equipped and clean, just making the caveat that, for those who bring a small pet, you need to be careful with the gap between the balcony baseboard and the guardrail, as a small pet easily passes through the gap (and the apt is on the 15th floor).
