Holiday rentals with a patio in São José dos Campos

I had a wonderful stay at Marlene’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful. Marlene was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

Impeccable apartment! Great location. Perfect communication and everything exactly as described. I recommend it and certainly is the ideal location whenever you are in the area.

Clean and organized , impeccable td

The host was very solicitous and attentive. The place has a great location, it was easy to get to and from. There's a bakery right next door. Comfortable room and bed, I felt at home.

Savana Valley is simply spectacular! The cabin is very tasteful, super well equipped and full of details that make a difference. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bed linens are impeccable and fragrant, making everything even more cozy. The place has a unique energy, perfect for those seeking peace and contact with nature. And the waterfall? Sensational! A perfect getaway in São Francisco Xavier. It's really worth it!

The location was easy to find, the house was extremely clean and organized. We love the space with the fireplace. Helpful and kind hosts, the pool was cleaned every morning. Very beautiful and pleasant space to relax and with many items that made the stay easier. We loved the trip, including our pet who had a blast, we hope to return soon!

Excellent. Clean house, perfect bedding and mattresses,various equipment in excellent condition. No garage.

Casa marvellous , we have these days in the family and we have nothing to complain about , on the contrary the house had everything , super cozy and Adriana was always amazing ready to help us, we will definitely come back more often.

The Chácara is beautiful, very well equipped for events, and get-togethers. The host was flexible with the time of entry and also provided very clear instructions that made it possible to arrive at the farm without any problems. The amount charged against what was offered was extremely fair. I very much recommend it

The stay was SUPER peaceful, a very organized house, a beautiful view of the city and conversation with the host was always pleasant and with quick responses.

The home is good, quiet, and the internet is fast. The host is attentive and the location is close to bakery and small markets. The only downfall is that the building does not have an elevator, the AP being on the fifth floor. Would recommend !

The apartment is well lit, well-equipped kitchen, hot shower and with a lot of pressure. The condominium is well organized, always very clean and with friendly employees willing to help.
