Our house is located in the fields at the top of Serra Gaúcha, on a 15-hectare rural property, 8 km from Rota do Sol at the height of the Vila Seca district. The ideal place for those seeking tranquility. The house is 350 m2, and features a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a wood-burning stove, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, a kitchen with a wood-burning stove and a large pantry, and a game room. The back of the house is flanked by native forest. In front of the house, we have a swimming pool and a soccer field.
