Wonderful House in Paradise! Family-friendly environment, close to the beach, very nice and well equipped installation! I highly recommend.

Quiet accommodation, excellent accommodation in new condominium, we even enjoy a cabin carnival block that passed in front of the condominium!

The flat is well located , with easy access to the beach , supermarket and bakery. Satisfactory reception service. Condomínio Nova, tranquil and with a sand path to the beach. The beach is quiet , very good for swimming and hiking . Well-equipped Flat, furniture, utensils and new electronics. The only observation is the cleanliness of the room's air conditioning, it had a large amount of dust still coming from the refurbishment of the apartment and that caused us an allergy (rhinitis) on the first day of stay . However , we contacted the company that promptly sent the person responsible for the maintenance and proceeded with the cleaning . In addition, we like the condominium and the flat very much, although at another opportunity, I will give preference to the flats located on the ground floor as we stay on the first floor and the stairs are not inviting at all for those who are on vacation .

Quarto A Vista accommodation 104 at Villa Naluri, is an ideal place to spend a comfortable holiday in Japaratinga. From arrival, the employees of the complex were responsive and helpful to resolve any doubts or inconvenience that arose. The place is totally new and equipped with high quality elements. air conditioning in all environments, wifi, TV and parking inside the complex with security and cameras. It has a private terrace overlooking the ocean, comfortable lounge chairs, counter, minibar, crossing the street is the access to the beach Boqueirao, very nice, how detail the apartment makes it easy for you to lounge chairs and umbrella. Quarto A Vista kept in touch with all directions, from the reservation , the check-in and check-out process. Very happy with the stay. Totally recommendable. The duplex is great, especially the upper part, with the swimming pool. It was well equipped. The view of the room is very nice, but it is necessary to use curtains on the windows of the bedrooms, as the windows of the apartments of the other block are in front.

Thales and Alysson are very polite and proactive, Studio is very cozy, 2 air-conditioned suites, 3 TVs, complete utensils. A delight and the condominium is very beautiful and with a lot of structure, very polite staff. It was a unique experience and it was really worth it.

Our stay in May 2025 was an incredible experience! We were surprised by the perfection of this property. The cleanliness was impeccable, the atmosphere is very cozy and the decoration is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The condominium offers a resort structure, with a complete leisure area: huge swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, SPA, gym and children's playground. The atmosphere is quiet and nice. The host team is excellent. They were always attentive, quick to resolve our doubts, followed our arrival and were concerned about whether we were well, in addition to giving us great tips on places in the region. The location is great, close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and has a gas station with convenience right in front of the condominium. We hope to return soon and recommend this fantastic place!

Our days were perfect at the home of Priscila and Enio! From the first contact to the last, Priscila was extremely willing and attentive, attending to us promptly and always concerned about helping. About the house: very equipped, it has everything!!! I love to barbecue and found all the utensils, including a wonderful grill. The gourmet space + swimming pool is very large, very enjoyable. The 3 bedrooms are independent (connected by the balcony where the pool is) and very comfortable, great beds and excellent bathrooms. We checked out already thinking about the date to come back!!!
