Holiday rentals with beach access in São Paulo

I just left and I already want to go back, what a wonderful place, with a view of the sea. And the best part, I slept listening to the sound of the sea waves, it was incredible. Congratulations on the care and affection❤️.

Everything is perfect. This is the second time I've come back and I'll come back more often.

first contact to the most recent one proved to be attentive and always concerned and available to solve any question. of the agility in the answers and operationalization for a trip totally last minute, which allowed us to enter the apartment less than 18 hours after the first contact, attention to the doubts during even care in the location of a small chain with a pendant lost during the stay in the apartment afterwards. the apartment is so tasty that the problem is to get out of it. but when you can overcome the comfort of having the whole city the beach and the sea inside the living room or the rooms and being able to breathe all this from the balconies all the comforts of the city are at hand, or from your feet with a short walk. The balconies, with that view are difficult to describe. They harmonize with good wine at night, a good craft beer during the day a morning tea or the contemplation of life at dawn. thanks Lourdes for the brief and intense stay.

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

We were greeted by the caretaker Tavinho, who handed us the keys and guided us with great sympathy. The apartment has a great location, close to shopping, pharmacy, shops, bakeries and bars, which made our stay much easier. I spent the holiday with my husband and we were looking for a place to relax — and Suzana's apartment provided us with just that. The host was super attentive and always attended to us promptly when requested. We recommend hosting and we will definitely come back again again.

the place is amazing, the view is not talking, easy to find, park and great places to eat, stroll etc. even paragliding we flew in celebration of our 15th anniversary of married years, Ciomara very attentive from the beginning, very polite, gave us tips of places as we did not know these tips was very important, finally beautiful place with a breathtaking view, clean place, Extremely quiet and with privacy, from check in until the check out Ciomara gave us all attention, it was much more than our expectations and we will be sure to return, you who are thinking of not going to think, reserve as soon as you will not regret, and we were of the weekend that we thought it would not be so peaceful and on the contrary the island is great and very worthwhile. recommending

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

A house that is worth renting, full kitchen with all the utensils, the whole house is complete and cozy, Andreia is super attentive and cares about the smallest details so that guests feel comfortable. I and my family love the stay and we intend to come back more often.

Excellent stay! The house is very spacious, comfortable and well structured. It is a few meters from the main avenue, with an Assaí Market practically next door, which makes it very easy. The hosts, Neia and Rico, were extremely helpful, quick to respond and very kind. I recommend it.

Upon arriving at the apartment, I found a clean, organized and cozy place. The dining table was set with cups for coffee, and there were complimentary espresso capsules in the Dolce Gusto coffee maker. In the bedroom, there were washed and packed face and bath towels, as well as a blanket. The view from this place is incredible, truly cinematic. The neighborhood is safe and is next to Santos, providing many walks and places to visit. Communication with them was clear from check-in to checkout, they pay attention to answering questions. I'll definitely come back more often

Utilidade publica: for those with Pet, the Millionaires beach allows the entrance of a pet. It's close to the apto and I went there every day.
