Beach approx. 400 meters away, with access partly through the condominium, including a section of uphill walking on the way back. It is mandatory to hire the caretakers for support and maintenance during your stay.

Our house is bright, airy and cozy, 50 m from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two of which are en-suites. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, appliances and all the utensils. The living room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, balcony, barbecue area, shower and sea view. There are good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, market, wine cellar, bakery and pharmacy nearby.

The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.

Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
