The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Casa da Costeira Cabaraú is very airy and fresh, spacious and quiet. It has large windows in all the rooms and direct access to the sea (rocky coast) from inside the grounds, through a staircase. The view is stunning. Safe for children and pets (the outdoor space is all surrounded by a screen). An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
