The QUITXIBA Chalet, which stands on the typical and emblematic street that gives it its name, is one of the few buildings of the century that still stand in that urban area, maintaining the original design and some of the most striking materials, such as the rich local woodwork. Formerly owned by a family of a medium-sized farm, it is located in the heart of the frenetic capital of the country, very close to the airport and with easy pedestrian access to most of the iconic places of the city of S. Tomé.

With two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen for guests' use. Breakfast included in the stay is carefully prepared and served by Tita, who visits the house every day for housekeeping and general cleaning. During this unique and peaceful stay, you will relax perfectly. The house is on the edge of the rainforest, close to the Obo Nature Park. The beautiful beach is about a 10-minute walk from the house. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, but breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered. The house has a large L-shaped terrace with a magnificent view of the plantation with coffee trees, banana trees, citrus fruits and the distant ocean.
