Apartment holiday rentals in Saratoga Springs

Very comfortable and convenient place for 2 people. We stayed in the lower apartment of a 4-unit home with a nice walk out patio. The lake is right across the way. The place was perfect for a 3 night stay.

Great location within walking distance to Broadway and great communication from hosts. The apartment was as advertised, and extremely clean. The private entrance, washer/dryer, and noise machine were all pluses and made our stay better. The hosts were very attentive to our needs. The office could be used as a dressing room or for extra storage space for luggage. The interior was charming and just right for 2 people. We stayed for 3 nights and would have felt comfortable staying longer. We will be back the next time we visit town!

Absolute perfect spot for our Graduation Weekend in Saratoga Springs! Brand new apartment with beautiful decor and modern touches. Super clean, great kitchen and very spacious! It was exactly what we were looking for! Washer and dryer was a bonus too! You can’t beat the location as it was so close to Broadway and downtown! We walked everywhere! Parking was easy and right outside our door. Originally booked for just my husband and myself, but my adult daughter joined us and it was perfect for the three of us! The pull out sofa was a king and so comfortable. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Saratoga Springs! Mike was a great host, but we did not need to reach out to him as the place is perfect! Thank you Mike!

Excellent stay! The host was very responsive and friendly. The location was ideal! It was very close to downtown Saratoga as well as the beautiful state park. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, and they had a wonderful binder of information outlining everything we needed to know. We especially appreciated the private entrance and the ease of getting into the space. Thank you so much! We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Patrick and Sarah were lovely as was their apartment! Very responsive and kind, provided recommendations for restaurants in the area- great communication and made my friend and I feel very much at home.

I loved my stay at Will and Karen’s apartment! Everything was perfect, and they were fantastic hosts! A wonderful place to stay while exploring Saratoga and the surrounding area.

I have stayed here several times. It is my favorite place to stay when I visit family. I am in sanctuary heaven. The lovely river view, the horses, chickens and fur babies fill my heart every time. Mara is a wonderful host and I hope she continues to Airb&b her place for years to come.

Patrick was welcoming and so helpful. He and his wife have created an oasis. Out the back door is a patio overlooking a River. They have planted beautiful flowers. I sat and watched a hawk the first AM and a chipmunk the second. The apartment is complete and not lacking anything. I’d return in a heartbeat.

I wish I could give this home more than 5 stars. Shannon and Chris are incredible hosts, the best I have ever seen. They were so responsive, within seconds or minutes. I booked this home for a place to stay with my mom and grandmother, and my aunt and uncle stayed in the apartment upstairs for the night before my wedding and wow were we blown away. The house was even better in person. So much space, so pristine and just gorgeous it is literally my dream home. I cannot wait to stay here again I have already told all of my wedding guests about it for the next time they are in Saratoga. Thank you Shannon and Chris!!

Just returned from 2 nights in “The Sunroom” and we couldn’t be happier. The home was beautiful, so clean and comfortable. We traveled with 2 other couples so to accommodate our group and everyone having their own bedroom we also rented out “The Downtown” at the same time. Both rentals are located in the same home, 1st and 2nd floor. In doing that we had more than enough space to enjoy and it gave us 2 bathrooms when we were all getting ready to go out for the day. The only complaint I have is our stay just wasn’t long enough!!! Stephanie was super nice and helpful. Went above and beyond with accommodations, chatting with us, suggestions for dinner and even leaving little treats for us upon arrival. Looking forward to next years (longer) stay already!

Perfect spot for a couple to relax for a weekend in Saratoga. Super clean, communicative hosts, and just close enough to the main drag to hit up the hot spots but just outside it to not feel so hectic and rushed. So many little touches as well to make you feel welcome and at ease. Will stay again when we’re in the area.

Love staying at Dana’s place! So close to the track, and a nice walk to downtown from here. Quiet street, easy to navigate and get into the apartment. Dana was quick to communicate and helpful for an early check in. I love staying here and plan to on my future trips to Saratoga!

Lisa's place was wonderful! The place was clean and cute, and any issues she was quickly on top of. Beds were very comfortable, neighborhood us quiet, and she even baked cookies for us! The location is perfect if you're looking to spend the day in Saratoga or Lake George. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a great trip at Dave’s place! We stayed for the whole week before the Belmont and are very familiar with Saratoga Springs so were thrilled with the location! Quick walk to the race track and Broadway, easy commute to the grocery store. Dave was also super responsive and so friendly/welcoming. We felt right at home and would happily stay here again. Definitely consider Dave’s place for your Saratoga trip!!

This is my second stay here, and I cannot recommend it enough. It is a beautiful place in a lovely neighborhood right by Saratoga Lake. The perfect spot to stay to enjoy all of the area’s attractions. Everything in the house is perfectly clean and stylish, and it certainly has all of the comforts of home. Highly recommend!

The Yay Frame lived right up to its name. My only regret was not being able to there sooner to spend more time in this oasis. From the hot tub, to the hooting owls, from the sauna to the arcade room with its arsenal of amazing books and games, this is a place I will rebook and consider every time I’m in the area. I would love to experience this home in the winter under a blanket of snow and after a day on the slopes. Shane is an excellent host. I left an item behind and he went above and beyond to make sure I could easily pick it up on my way back thru town.

Sarah's place was a great getaway! only 15 minutes from downtown. Sarah left water and snacks for us which was a nice personal touch.

Very clean, with ample parking and the best selection of t.v. channels I've had in an Air B&B. If you require a stay that's relaxing and quiet, yet only a minutes drive away from Downtown, this is for you. Don't hesitate, just book it. 🙂"

wonderful place,nice ,clean nice beds ,mattresses,very good kitchen,huge TV with Netflix, hulu,YouTube, towels,,kitchen has everything, microwave, toaster,kettle, coffee maker,plates,cups,soap,detergent, he made the place cozy and wonderful

Jill was very communicative and available for whatever we needed feom start to finish. The place was a great spot for the 6 of us friends going to a wedding at the Erlowest. AC was clutch too duri,g the sweltering heat! Thank you for helping to make our trip so great!

Ronnie’s place was just what we were looking for. A comfortable place for 5 of us to rest and chat while doing other activities in the area. We got to enjoy the hot tub, covered away from the rain, and played board games indoors. We were also able to prepare a steak dinner on the grill and using the fully furnished kitchen. The neighborhood was a little drab, but his space was a pleasant oasis from it. Still fine to walk around during the day. The neighbors above could be heard walking inside, but this was expected and they didn’t bother us on our vacation. Though they did park a little close for us to comfortably fit in our 3 cars into the 4 slots allowed. But street parking was also fine directly in front of the house. Overall, we enjoyed our time spent at his place, and he kept it neat and accommodating. A great value when you want a hot tub, 1.5 baths, a grill, comfortable queen beds, and pull out. I wish the weather was better for us to enjoy more of his furnished patio space.
