Such an awesome place for a staycation with family and friends! Very clean, great location with mountain view and the place is very safe and quiet. The care takers are accommodating and helpful! We'll definitely go back there for another staycation!

Good for a night stay. Though the streets are not properly lighted especially coming back at dark hours. Generally the place is quite.

Rosita's listing is very homey. The living room is airconditioned as well. Street parking is provided. Just a heads-up for people who are not fans of stray dogs (This is not the host's fault.) There are a lot of stray dogs on the streets. If you have a car, park in front of the gate to avoid the stray dogs. Will definitely book again if there's a need to stay in Batangas.

Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms are hotel- like and were beautifully designed. The furnitures are modern and well-kept. It is a kid-friendly place with all the modern amenities that the kids and kids at heart will love. The game room is certainly what the kids would want to go back to. The furniture layout is perfect and is one that encourages bonding. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place!

A Peaceful Escape with the Perfect Pool We spent the weekend at this beautiful rental and it was exactly what we needed—a private, peaceful retreat away from the noise of everyday life. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. It was deep and huge and comes from a hot spring so we all enjoyed staying in the pool for hours! The property is incredibly private—no neighbors in sight, it was the kind of place where you could truly unplug and unwind. The interior was cozy and comfortable, but we honestly spent most of our time at the pool. The outdoor setup, with plenty of seating and a shaded area, made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for a quiet, secluded spot with an amazing pool to recharge and relax, this place is a gem.

1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. I just couldn't sleep as neighbouring guests are on their Karaoke in wee hours & are so loud that is beyond control. Have a fabulous time everyone! Thank you Jennelyn & Neneng

The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, accommodating all our requests. The property itself was comfortable and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Its location near UPLB is a huge plus, making it a great spot for anyone looking to hike Mt. Makiking.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Ms. Regina and Ms. Rhodora were very responsive to all my inquiries. The place was incredibly relaxing, and my mother especially loved its cozy atmosphere. The house is clean and smells great, with a pleasant lavender scent. Best of all, each room upstairs has its own private bathroom. The place is conveniently close to the beach, and we also enjoyed our time at Tamarind Cove Resorts. It was peaceful and not crowded—perfect for both kids and the young at heart. We’re very grateful to Ms. Regina and Ms. Rhodora for their kindness in allowing us to decorate the home for our daughter’s 18th birthday celebration. Our stay at the Spacious Spanish-Style Resort in Pansol, Laguna was stunning. The surroundings were beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The pool, warmed by the natural hot spring, was a lovely touch—especially when it cooled down the next day, which made for a refreshing swim. The rooms were spacious and came with air conditioning, which was a great bonus. Unfortunately, the buttons on the aircon in our room were broken, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Hopefully, that can be fixed for future guests. The host provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, which made checking in and getting settled very smooth. The place itself is gorgeous, with plenty of space. It is a little on the expensive side, but definitely worth it for the experience. I’d gladly stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with, adding to our overall comfort. its kid-friendly and pet-friendly, making it an ideal spot for family getaways or fun trips with friends. It offers a complete entertainment setup, including billiards, various games, and karaoke, which kept us thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. We also availed of the catering service upon arrival and before departure, and the food was absolutely delicious. Although the cellular signal is weak, the WiFi connectivity is strong. Highly recommend Casa Ferta!

A homey quiet place to relax and unwind with the family.

We recently had our stay at **Dikub Farm House** — and you know what, *ma men?!* Tama lahat ng reviews dito — it *exceeds expectations*! Yung bukid life na pinapangarap mo? Mae-experience mo dito. The breathtaking view of **Mt. Malarayat** and the rice field scenery? *Grabe. Sobrang ganda.* The tranquility and peace of mind? Unmatched. But more than the view, it’s the people that make the place truly special. **Mam Ghenny**, the owner, is incredibly kind and accommodating — *dabest talaga!* And please, bigyan niyo na po ng dagdag sahod si **Kuya Junnie** — super bait, always smiling, hardworking, and laging handang tumulong kahit kami na ang nahihiya. *Grabeee!!* **Worth every peso** — the price, the experience, and most of all, the hospitality. Highly recommended!

White Dacha is a perfect place to spend an intimate couple of nights with a small group. Dainty and peaceful, the place was super clean and has a homy feel that e sure a relaxing stay and a refreshing chill out by the pool. will definitely consider going back for a longer stay.

Great accomodation, sulit for its price. Not that squeaky clean some areas need some cleaning, maybe because of the confusion with the booking dates. Great view of the fish pond. We used all the utilities available, the tree house, karaoke, swimming pool, basketball ring. There are areas which are very cute for photos like the stairs. 2 mins walk to the beach. The beach is okay, great for swimming but do bot expect too much. We did have fun during the high tides because of the waves, just make sure to wear aqua shoes or any slipper because there are lots of glass. Overall, we had a great stay. Will recommend this if you really want a sulit and addordable family vacation. 10k for 25 pax, the Villa can accomodate even 35pax. Thank you.

The place is perfect for family outing. 10/10 is my rating. My takeaways are: 1st issue is the road after the gate, sedan cars might struggle a little bit and also the water in the restroom has low pressure. These issues are manageable but everything’s good. Also, the host & caretaker are very responsive!

My family and I stayed for two nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday and Mother’s day ❤️ Sir Ruwel is a superb host! He picked us up and ensured we are comfortable before trusting us with his rest house. He had a pantry for basic needs and also surprised us with small token upon check out. The fam bam enjoyed the pool as expected. Just be mindful that this place is close to nature 🌿🍃🐞🐸🦎 Overall, a great experience! 👌🏻
