allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Harika bir konaklamaydı, Veysel Bey’e her şey için çok teşekkür ederim kendisi çok anlayışlı ve tatlı bir ev sahibi. Ev ise zaten mükemmel, gerek manzarası gerek eşsiz doğasıyla fevkalade ayrıca bir katlı olması sebebiyle herhangi bir deprem sorununu düşünmenize de gerek yok. Kesinlikle herkes burayı deneyimlemeli!

Highly recommended American dude! He can solve everything you need in Istanbul better than Istanbulite :)

2 günlük konaklamamızdan ben ve arkadaşlarım çok memnun kaldık. Evin konumu Tarabya sahil’e 2 dk her şey elinizin altında. Ev boyut olarak küçük ama 4 kişi için gayet işlevsel, koltuk ve yatağın boyutu ideal, bahçesine bayıldık. Ulaşım her yere çok kolay. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Really close to a beautiful neighborhood and the place has everything you could need. It is a ground floor apartment which was something to keep in mind. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

Recep and Umit were very responsive and helpful! The apartment is well located, and very safe. Overall great experience, minor heads up, the pillows are a-bit stiff, if you are planning a longer stay i would suggest bringing a softer pillow for a restful sleep. Overall, check in and out were very smooth, the apartment was lovely and the hosts offered great hospitality, thank you!

Herkese iyi günler. 26 Mart - 5 Nisan tarihleri arasında konakladim. Bu benim ilk Airbnb deneyimim oldu. Evde gerekli olan herşey mevcuttu. Bana da sadece ihtiyaçlarımı alıp gelmek kalmıştı. Öncelikle ev sahibi Doğan Bey çok yardımsever ve nazik idi. neredeyse hergün "herhangi bir ihtiyacınız var mı? " diye sorardı. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederim. Ev çok temiz, havadar ve fotoğraflar ile aynıydı. Ulaşım çok kolay.Konumu harika. 7/24 guvenlik kameralarına sahip. Evin önünden 41ST , 41A , 65A , K2 geçiyor. Seyrantepe metroya yaklaşık 400 metre uzaklıkta. Yokuş çıkmak gerekiyor. ( zaten İstanbul'un heryeri yokuş) Rams Park , vadistanbul ve Seyrantepe eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'ne yakin. Martın sonu yada Nisan başlarında gelirseniz mont getirin (tavsiyedir). Eve aracınızla gelecekseniz park yeri bulmakta sorun yaşamazsınız. Konaklama süresince biz memnun kaldık. Квартира была чистая, все нужные вещи для проживание было. Район понравился, продуктовые магазины, кафе, мечеть все было в шаговой доступности. К морю, в набережку было близко

I stayed here during a business trip, and it was perfect for both productivity and relaxation. The apartment is quiet, has a great view, and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and efficient stay. The building itself has top-tier amenities—a well-equipped gym and a fantastic pool and sauna that made it easy to unwind after work. The location is also a huge plus: there’s a Starbucks and several excellent coffee spots within a one- to two-minute walk. A lot of restaurants are close by, and there’s even a supermarket essentially in the same building. You rarely have to go far to get anything done. The area feels very safe and high-end, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Highly recommended.

Breathtaking view. So peaceful. Within a short walking distance to town, Great space, so comfortable, clean, loved having a washer & dryer, kitchen had everything you need in terms of appliances & all the basics to cook with. Would highly recommend to stay here as we had such a lovely time!

Perfect place to stay In Kadikoy. Close to ferries, buses metro, and bus to airport. Great bakery and grocery stores plus so much more. Got to climb some stairs but well worth it. Oh did I say the washing machine was really convenient too?

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

We were a group of 6 adults, and had a great time in the apartment. Aaron and his team helped us with our preparations and during our stay. The apartment is located close to tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. We recommend staying in this apartment.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))

Melih’s apartment is large and comfortable and in a fabulous location to explore Kadikoy restaurants and markets by foot. Plus it is an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Melih is a super responsive host who helped us out with all our enquiries. If we come back to Kadikoy, we will stay here again.

El departamento de Ugur es como lo que muestran las fotos, amplio y funcional. Los muebles cómodos. La decoración neutra y minimalista. Sábanas y toallas blancas de buena calidad. Los baños con buena presión de agua, aunque falto shampoo y enjuague como se anunciaba. Por suerte el departamento era interno, evitando ruidos y música siendo la estancia muy tranquila. Ubicado a 6 cuadras de la plaza taksim, que te permite ir a todas las atracciones de la ciudad. Gracias Ugur y Omer.
