“The host, Mert and his family are polite, caring, natural and understanding people. They are strong at work, do not disturb guests. We were able to reach when we needed it, they responded quickly. We had no problems. On the first day, they gave us natural eggs, thanks. People with lots of heart. The environment of the house is like a small farm, it has a beautiful and big garden in front of it. It also has an airy and large balcony. We are very pleased that we came crowded. The use of the house is very wide. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop and oven. We did not need to use the dishwasher, but all the others are within use, working without any problems. There is no air conditioning in the house, but we did not need it. There are mosquito nets on the windows, the moment you open the two-sided windows, the house is very cool. (I share my comments based on the previous bad comment) The toilet of the house is solid, there is hot water. There are home sunbeds on the beach and they are available. In addition, if you come crowded, you can buy another umbrella in the garden of the house and move it to the beach. We stayed at the house for 6 nights and 7 days in total, during this time period, we had a half-day water cut. We also gave information to him and they met the needs of the house from the well water they irrigated the farm. Since the location of the house is close to the sea and the salt lake, the well water is a bit salty, but the mains water is managed as soon as it is cut, no problem. (I am writing this based on the previous salt water comment) There is no need to exaggerate the usual things and denigrate the situation of the house. The only bad thing about this year was the black flies in the region. Mert already warned when entering the house. We have never seen mosquitoes in the area this year, but houseflies are a bit disturbing. If you burn Turkish coffee in a safe non-combustible thing (such as an ashtray) when outdoors, they cannot get close to the smell and smoke of the burnt coffee. Nevertheless, be careful, do not burn yourself when you say to burn coffee, if you do, the responsibility belongs to you :) Watching the sunset from the garden, the proximity of the house to the sea and the salt lake, the calmness of the region and the lack of human density, the sea belongs to you It is in such a quiet location, especially during the pandemic period. We are satisfied as a family, we recommend it. If fortune, we would like to stay again in the future.”
Our apartment which is located in Ayvalik Sarimsakli downtown is in the hotels' district and 50 meters to the beach. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, clubs, public transportation, and supermarkets.
“Eren Bey and his mother could communicate easily, in any case we could easily reach and certainly helped us. We got home delivered very clean, the house was very spacious, comfortable and convenient, we were 6 adults in the form of a baby. The location of the house is very good, 5 min walk to the beach. distance. If we go to Sarımsaklı again we would prefer here :)”
We tried to reflect by creating an easy going industrial lifestyle. All appliances used in the kitchen plus A/C are from Bosch and brand new.
“home, home furnishings, home decoration, garden, garlic, ayvalık ... all were very good. As 4 Istanbulites working for a pandemic time from home, we preferred it for a week to work and listen, and we were very pleased with the home, the environment and the facilities. Wifi was also very good, it was a very nice week away from Istanbul, to listen and have a holiday. thank you so much.”
