This lakehouse is fully remodeled & has so many unique features including 2 primary suites in main house, plus a 400 sqft guest house ensuite (available Mar to October only)! Other features are over 20ft ceilings in the great room, a large deck, & spacious lakefront beach. Each bedroom has a smart TV, blackout shades, fan, bamboo sheets, Serta or Sealy mattress, & an Alexa. The main floor primary suite is very spacious w/ multiple ADA-compliant features & ramps available for front door.

Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. We are close to the largest Hyvee store in America (2025), Henry Doorly one of the largest zoo's in the world, Fareway, Walmart, Nebraska outlet mall, gas stations, movie theaters, hospitals, skating, Vala's pumpkin patch, scary acres, trampoline parks, nice restaurants, downtown & in neighborhood with low crime rate. We are near i80 but far enough not to be bothered by the noise. If you want peace of mind this is the place to be!

Sheri is a great host! Very responsive, checked in everyday to see how we were doing and quickly resolved an issue. House is well stocked with all cooking essentials. The location of the house was perfect for us- very close to the Council bluffs sports complex and Charles Swab Field. My husband also enjoyed fishing in the back catching catfish. This home is Sheri’s residence, with lots of family photos and personal belongs throughout the house. It was a little uncomfortable tiptoeing around which drawers or closets you could used (lots of labels identifying which were allowed by guests) as we did not want to violate any of Sheri’s wishes. Sheri also had to come in to the house to grab a toothbrush and look for a missing wallet which was fine just caught us off guard. Overall giving a 5 star review

Michaela’s place was perfect for our small family. It was a quaint house with character. It was clean, and had all that we needed during our stay. The access to all of the “extras” made our stay even more fun on the water and the amazing neighbors made this a perfect place for us during our baseball getaway.

We booked this place as part of my sister’s 30th birthday giveaway. Our hope was to have a weekend inspired by some of her favorite author’s work, and this home gave us a quaint storybook weekend getaway. It was so homey, the views were great, and the host was always available for questions. It was within close range of stores and not far from the Omaha old market. We would stay here again!
