Hello, I offer a recreational plot for rent, 15 minutes from the mythical 24-hour circuit. Possibility to put up tents and motorhomes. Flat, spacious, shaded land, ideal for relaxing in the countryside. A pond with pergola and barbecue available. There is no toilet, possibility to connect to electricity. A base to explore certain leisure areas such as the Mansigné leisure center, La Flèche Zoo, and the Bercé forest.

Welcome to our three-hectare plot in the middle of the forest where you can put up your tent. You have access to electricity and a cold water tap is available next to our garage. We live on the land next door if you have any concerns. Nature awaits you with a great walk to do on the trail, the meadows around the land are filled with horses. And for animal lovers, a chicken coop is installed on our land!

5 minutes from the legendary 24h circuit of Le Mans, we offer a tent for 4 people with two separate bedrooms and an accessible bathroom on the floor of the private accommodation. A space to safely park your vehicles have granted you on the property. A full breakfast is available at the time you want for an extra charge of 10€/person. The full tent is priced at €100 per night.
