Welcome to Stresa. I offer a cozy and bright room, located in an apartment close to both the train station and the city center (5 and 10 minutes walking distance respectively). The room has enough space for everything: it has a large and comfortable 2-people bed, a nice desk with a chair, and a wardrobe with hangers and drawers. Moreover, it also has a lovely balcony with view on a green garden.
“Marina's place was really welcoming just like a home away from home! all the amenities were special, lovely biscuit and tea for breakfast right in the room, a nice private terrace and plenty of hospitality and help was offered from Marina, she also took me back to the train station!! the bed was hyper comfy and and the house is so relaxing and quiet, I couldn't have asked for more during my interview dedicated trip to Stresa! thanks for all! I would surely recommend this stay and rebook my self if I ever manage to visit Stresa again!”
Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 300-year-old rustic stone villa. Comfortable furnishings in timeless styles perfectly complement the historic architecture.
“Simon’s place was simply beautiful. The view is stunning and you can tell that it’s more than just a holiday rental place. Simon met us upon arrival and was friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions for our stay. This place is a complete highlight - cannot recommend it enough! We’ll be back! Thanks , Simon!”
Charming first floor of a guesthouse dateing back to late ‘800, just restaured. Bedroom and bathroom fully equipped. It is in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore, only reachable via feet. The window faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. Beautiful terrace facing far away the lake and the castles of Cannero, perfect for an aperitivo at sunset. Atmosphere of an english cottage, perfect for a couple. The bed is a king one, yes kitchen.
“Beautiful accommodation located in a wonderful garden with all sorts of vegetables and herbs (yes, you can go pick some fresh basil when preparing dinner). The experience was super authentic starting with a personal welcome tour in the garden and getting to know Orsola and her family. Also, it’s a great place for a good night’s sleep - super comfy bed and quiet at night to sleep with open windows. Thank you Orsola and Andrea for an amazing time at Lago Maggiore!”
