Apartment holiday rentals in Sattahip District

Room area is very big, very clean and sea view room. We can see sunset from the outdoor balcony. This trip made our good memory family trip. Thank you for the superhost.

The host is very nice. If there is a problem, the feedback will be solved immediately. The management and cleaning of the building is a little lacking. The room dust is a little dusty. The garbage can at the lobby door of the building can't be cleaned up in time.

nice get away from the busy part of Pattaya, security 24/7, 7/11’s all around.

Nice place located in quiet area near to the beach.

The room was so outstanding, but the pool wasn't bigger than the picture, and there were a lot of things that weren't operated (slide, fountain?) There is a heated pool, so it was good to use it when it's cold. The room and host were so perfect

1. The location of the accommodation is facing the sea, but it is located in a secluded area, and it is far from nearby restaurants and convenience stores, and there is no inconvenience when operating bicycles and cars. 2. The staff at the accommodation were always friendly and seemed to bother trying to keep the building clean at all times 3. The room is large, and there is no inconvenience for families with children to stay, and there is a large bed, and the sofa turns into a bed separately. 4. The pool is in an excellent location with an ocean view, and it is fantastic to see the sun set on the pool bed. 5. The gym is small, but we maintain a clean environment where you can run a run machine while looking at the road view. 6. The security of entering and exiting the building was well covered, so it was safe, and the security was on duty 24 hours a day. 7. There is a large hotel next to the building, and sometimes you can hear the noise of Pecaji travelers traveling to book in at night. * If you need a quiet rest, I highly recommend staying here Best,

Excellent stay and the host is very accomodating. Room is clean and well maintained and the facilities of the complex are very good. The property is a short walk to the beach, through the resort.

Great apartment. Very spacious, parquet floor, amazing 180 degrees view from the balcony, kitchen with all the amenities you need, living room with great tv and sofas. Very comfortable bad. The owner reply right away for any issue or question you have.

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

Jula was an amazing host extremely accommodating and very kind. She responded quickly to all my questions. Julas place was beautifully kept. It is an older building but the place was very clean and lots of space. There's a huge balcony, it was very quiet and lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again.

This was a great airbnb stay for me, I exerted multiple times. The apartment, the location, and Anna helping whenever needed made it a great stay. 10/10. Recommended. Thanks Anna!

View yes was definitely amazing. unfortunately thats were it ended for the price you can get 5 star accommodation yes not that view. The beds hard as usual in accommodation in most of Thailand why I don't know. Unit lacked ambiance with its dated furniture and wasted space some doors squeaked some handls missing some piece coming of bathroom door to belcony not much utensils no cutting knife belcony floors dirty belcony glass never been cleaned lacked comfortable out door furniture with cushions more information on rubbish removing use of TV also bathroom bin had used condoms in it. unfortunately I wouldn't stay again or recommend this place to my friends and family..

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

The apartment is clean and there is no clutter. Jarvis' team is friendly and very efficient. The building also is clean and very safe. The pool and the gym are available and very nice to try. I really enjoyed my stay and I made a good use of the rooftop and the swimming pool. Thank you Jarvis for being a great host. I recommend this place 100%

The most wonderful view from the 27´th floor balcony. A dream for everyone who appreciate seaside view. Calm conditions and yet 10 minutes away from Pattaya city life by car. Alexander is a very easy host and contributes to the pleasant stay. Only to be recommended. Michael from Denmark

Well maintained and cleaned unit. Good size smart TV. Got a special introduction deal, so excellent price quality. Comfy bed and side bench. Highly recommended for a couple of days to several weeks.

The place corresponded 100% to the pictures, the bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing! The only thing we were missing was provided toilet paper. Otherwise, everything was great!

Well worth the money

Наталья is a great host. I did not end up staying at her place for logistical reasons and Наталья was very attentive and kind throughout. I’m sure anyone staying at one of her apartments will be very pleased with her hosting.

Excellent service, reasonable prices at this company. Large selection of apartments. Check-in and check-out were comfortable. I will contact again.
