Holiday rentals with beach access in Sattahip

We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

this was a gem, amazing view and really nice facilities. host was very responsive and it was easy to checkin and out. very peaceful area and the most amazing views from the balcony or bedroom. perfect for solo or a couple. pool and gym were both really nice and price was very good, I will book here for sure again.

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

Отличное жилье, прекрасный владелец. У нас была поддержка и помощь от Ванвисы - постоянно на связи. Само жилье очень уютное. Есть парковка для нескольких байков или 1ой машины. До пляжа ехать минут 15. Рядом есть большой магазин Лотус.

ที่พักกว้างขวาง ทำอาหารได้ (แต่ไฟไม่แรง 😁) ทุกคนชอบ แต่ทางเดินไปชายหาด อาจจะไม่ค่อยสะดวก แต่ไปได้ ชายหาดเปนโคลน อาจจะพายูเข้า โดยรวมเหมาะกับคนรอบครัวใหญ่มารวมตัวสังสรรค์ ไม่เน้นวิวทะเล

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Flexible check in we were a bit early and host have it all ready for the time we were arriving, nice comfortable and lots of room for whole family get together , great secure gate community , we will be back again thank you so much for looking after us

这是一座神奇的房子，充满了家的氛围。从装饰装潢到干净的床单、浴巾，住在里面甚至比家里还要舒服。David和Mena在我们入住的期间也像家人一样给了我们悉心的照料，第一次见面的时候我们之间没有一点陌生感，反倒像是相识了多年的朋友一样，他们和我们分享这座房子的故事与生活中的快乐，我们真的很不舍得离开。分别的时候大家都依依不舍，甚至留下了感动的热泪。毋庸置疑，这次旅途是我十多年旅行经历中最为感动的一次，我也一定会再次造访，再来的时候一定要多点时间，这样的旅行经历真的是太难得了。

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool(kleiner Kinderbereich),alles was man braucht um Urlaub zu machen.Gute Betreuung durch den Besitzer.

Прекрасный дом с 4 спальнями и 5 ванными комнатами, небольшой бассейн с горкой, барбекю, посуда, бильярд, караоке, для нашей компании 10 человек, было просторно, каждый нашел чем заняться, несколько зон для фотографий, чистое постельное белье, полотенца, все очень уютно, легко заселились, так же легко выселились. Жилье больше подходит для приватных вечеринок или если вы на авто, находится в вилладже, где несколько типовых вилл. Все очень комфортно, нам очень понравилось. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Zentral gelegen und mit dem Bike in ca 10 Minuten am Strand und mitten im Zentrum wo es unzählige Restaurants und Bars gibt.

Tolle Unterkunft, sowie ein toller Gastgeber. War voll und ganz zufrieden!

Great place to stay..it was easy to check in and check out. The place was neat and tidy all kinds of gadgets were there... Dr. Supot was very helpful and suggested the best. Pool to gym everything was as shown in the picture was the same and amazing...I would love to visit the same property again soon...

perfect location lots to do. tons of restaurants the beach is meters away and the condo was in the perfect location you can listen to the live music from the balcony. 1 of the biggest plus was the rice maker and the laundry machine including the stove top. excellent. the bed was super comfy to all around it's scored 11/10 in my books I will be coming back for sure also the response time is the fastest I've had since using Airbnb 11 stars for sure 5 isn't enough. definitely good bang for your buck perfect for 2 people lots of street vendors smoothies and 7 11 little big c and tops all within meters

Die Wohnung bietet einen fantastischen Rundumblick mit direktem Meerblick – allein das war schon ein Highlight! Sie ist voll ausgestattet, es hat mir wirklich an nichts gefehlt, alles war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Ivan ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber, der Check-in lief absolut reibungslos und die Kommunikation war super angenehm. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Wohnung ist ziemlich vollgestellt, was Geschmackssache ist – und morgens gab es gelegentlich einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Laut Ivan lässt sich das leider nicht ganz vermeiden, für mich war’s aber noch im Rahmen. Ich habe mich so wohlgefühlt, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt sogar verlängert habe – das sagt ja schon alles!

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . What ever you could think of this apartment had it . Thanks James for making your apartment so nice .
