Richard was my host and the listing absolutely matched the description. it's 3-4 minutes walk away from 7/11. There are massage centres and eateries right outside the apartment. the apartment itself is very beautiful with a very beautiful swimming pool, and gym. it has a sauna too which I didn't even see. would like to come back... Really fantastic place with a stunning view. Restaurants are 5 minute walking distance once you get to the lobby, great ammnieites with the gym and pool and Mat is really responsive. Great host and nicely decorated place.

Amazing stay at this 1 bedroom seaview condo! The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning ocean view – waking up to that every morning was incredible. The location was perfect, can walk to walking street and many restaurants close to local shops and attractions. The host was welcoming and provided great communication throughout my stay. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Great location! The Airbnb host responded extremely quickly. The house had all the basic accessories, including a rice cooker. It was close to the beach and surrounded by amazing entertainment in Pattaya.

This place is peaceful, ideal for families, very close to the beach, it's best to rent a bike because transportation is bad, we can cook, there are no Indian groceries nearby, the air conditioner in the bedroom is broken, and the induction stove has some issues with its display. It's on the fifth floor, and you have to walk 100 meters each time to get to your room, after u get out from the lift so be ready to walk. The swimming pool is only available from 9 am to 9 pm, so if you're planning to go outside early, don't go swimming because it's too salty.

Thanks for a great stay. We were two months and would have continued another two, for personal reason we had to change places. The apartment is peaceful, spacious, the bed is good, and the dogs loved too. I recommend if you want to stay in a homey house and in peace. A short trip to the store and the beach. I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Nièce quite place , easy to reach , privacy secured , easy transport via grab even in late nights , Nina quite responsive , only issue was smell in kitchen section due to sewage blockage in society Nina tried to resolve as best possible

The pool is the main attraction of the place, for adults and children, fun is guaranteed! The gym is medium-sized and has an open space if you want to run or exercise outside, it has a sea view and is very pleasant in the morning to work out and look at the sea. The host was very friendly and left us some fruit for our arrival. The beach is about 300 meters away and is easy to get to on foot. We'd go back to the apartment another time.
