There is a dedicated kids' room with a train theme so that children can enjoy trains. ※ There is noise and vibration due to the proximity of the train tracks. We do our best to mitigate this, but if you have any concerns, please let us know in advance. ★ Good access to major tourist destinations ★ You can travel to Nikko in the north or the center of Tokyo in the south in about an hour. Recommended for guests who want to spend a week leisurely visiting tourist spots before returning home. ★ A quiet and safe town with lots of greenery ★ It is a safe town with many long-time residents. Parks, supermarkets, and restaurants are nearby, making it convenient for long-term stays. It's a place where fresh vegetables are also delicious. ★ A city with history ★ You can enjoy historic buildings and the cityscape within walking distance. We recommend Japan's only seal engraving museum, the Literature Memorial Hall, and the castle ruins. I was born at the foot of Mt. Fuji and came to this city to raise my children. I can provide guidance on a wide range of tourist destinations, and since I live nearby, I can offer support. A portion of the proceeds will be used to fund volunteer activities for teaching Japanese to foreigners.

On the other hand, we offer furniture and appliances that are easy to use.We are pursuing cultural enjoyment and ease of living at the same time. There are seasonal garden trees in the garden, so I think you can enjoy them throughout the season. My hobby is collecting bonsai and traditional Japanese pottery.While living at this inn, I hope you can experience Real Japan on a daily basis with Japanese culture. Located just over an hour's drive from the city, the accommodation “Shidamura no Hanare” is surrounded by the tranquil scenery of a nature-rich satoyama area.We named "Shimomura no Hanare" after our family's business name. The accommodation can be separated from a compact but private space, and you can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons from the garden room.In this area, cars were not yet popular in the early Showa period, and mainly horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. were raised and lived in horse shops.There is a renovated horse house on our property, making it a quaint space.The horse house is also a private space for guests.Children are welcome, up to one small dog is ok.
