Maison climatisée de plein-pied de 87 mètres carrés entre Angoulême et Poitiers. La maison vous accueille pour un séjour calme et reposant. Elle est composée de trois chambres, dont deux avec lits doubles et une avec deux lits simples. La pièce de vie, lumineuse, est composée d’un salon-salle à manger et cuisine d’environ 40 mètres carrés. Elle est reliée à la fibre. Une grande pergola bioclimatique, un jardin clos ainsi qu’un garage dispo. Tout pour le plaisir et la sécurité.

Cottage in a village house with all the essentials for a pleasant stay, refurbished and spacious. The cottage also has a private outdoor area (garden table...) with a plancha available on request.
