Holiday rentals with a pool in Savannah River

My friends and I had such a wonderful weekend at the house! We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it worked out perfectly! The house was exactly as described and we had no issues during our stay. The location worked well since we were located in between Tybee Island and downtown. Would recommend this house to any large group looking to create wonderful memories!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at David’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better!

Milan’s home is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable for a family stay. Although we weren’t able to use the pool during our visit, the home itself was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Milan was extremely responsive throughout our stay and was very accommodating when a few small mishaps came up. His quick communication and willingness to help really made a difference. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Milan’s place to others. I’m giving our stay a 4 out of 5!

We just spent a week here for an extended family vacation, and what a wonderful trip! The property is on a quiet part of the Lake of Marion and about 15-20 minutes from most restaurants or stores. The pool and the screened-in porch area were our favorites and where we spent most of the week. My kids loved kayaking and fishing off the dock in the mornings before jumping into the pool to spend most of the day. I would definitely advise going grocery shopping and planning a lot of your meals at the house. As mentioned, it’s pretty isolated, and a lot of the places close have limited hours. For food options, I would suggest Fayz on the Lake, Summerton Diner, D&H BBQ, and Thommy Mac’s. The house was wonderful and easily enough room for nine people. Stuart was a great host and provided everything we needed and gave us good local recommendations

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah so much! This is definitely a hidden treasure in Savannah close to everything included Hospital if you are looking for somewhere to stay close by! Great neighborhood and this house had everything we needed!! Beds were so comfortable!! Thank you so much!

Our stay was amazing. Michael communicated quickly throughout the whole stay. So many cool amenities at the house. Was a great home base for our golf trip!

Great place for our quick beach getaway. Gina was quick to respond and offered great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Tybee is a great family oriented beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Our stay was really nice! Getting in was a bit confusing at first since the door is operated through an app, but once we figured it out, everything went smoothly. The place was clean and cozy, and they had snacks, coffee, and tea available, which was a really thoughtful touch. There were also plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies. A big bonus — they were kind enough to let us check out later, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here, it’s a great location on the beach, we like this area of the island as it doesn’t seem as crowded. The resort is nice and has different activities going on, we love having the poolside bar area and ice cream stand right there. The place itself was nice, clean, made good use of space. Kids loved the hall bunks. Very easy to check in and out.

Condo was super easy to get to on the first floor and definitely oceanfront. Although we were on the first floor, we could still see 98% of the ocean over the dunes and easily hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We got to see a family of rabbits hopping through the dune grasses and 99.9% of the time no one is seen between our balcony and the ocean… giving the feeling of seclusion in a populated area. Everything worked as it should in every room in the condo… fantastic TVs, extremely good shower heads, sturdy beach chairs, stout beach umbrella w/ anchor, comfortable plush leather sofa, and a very comfy form fitting memory foam king bed with plenty of pillows for even the finicky sleeper. 99% of my kitchen needs were met…i’ll remember the cooking spray next time. The plush white sand was a pleasant surprise as well as how level and firm the sand gets when the tide goes out, great for bocce ball! BTW, just about any kind of tent, wind shade or popup is allowed on the beach.

Exceptional host. There are cats walking around property which made me raise an eyebrow but during stay they added to the charm! We maybe saw 5 different cats while there so not many at all. David was always responsive and checking in and answered our questions immediately. Will stay again on his properties. The beach was our backyard and perfect for our very young grandkids. Property has been featured on HGTV in past years.

Mike is the best host, quick to respond and eager to accommodate. When we asked a question on the app, he always responded immediately. The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. Looking forward to booking with him again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike's condo! It was located on the top floor with a balcony that we enjoyed while having a view of the beach. The beach and the pool are right outside the building which was great! He provided all the beach necessities - beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler which was very helpful! His place was very clean and comfortable. Mike is a great host and he communicated so well with us from the time we booked up to our arrival giving us great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and everything that the resort has to offer! The only thing I recommend is getting a rental car. The resort does have places to eat, but we ended up venturing out and exploring the island away from the resort, so a car was very helpful as some of the great places to try are not within walking distance. He was very helpul and told us about the shuttle service though. We had a car so we did not need that. We really enjoyed this stay and would come back again!!

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here! The beach is right nearby, and the location is close to so many walkable spots, which made everything super convenient. Eric was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing clear directions for check-in and check-out, and even checked in to see if we needed any local recommendations. We were pleasantly surprised to have a partial ocean view, even though the condo is on the end—such a sweet bonus! The place was well stocked with kitchen utensils, bathroom essentials, beach gear, and even had a peaceful balcony perfect for relaxing. Eric also left out snacks and refreshments, which really shows the thoughtfulness and care he puts into hosting. Highly recommend!
