There are no other guests on the property. There are beautiful walks on the doorstep with a Medieval Millhouse on the Charente river 300 metres away and chemins stretching for miles around the area. The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

This apartment is on the ground floor of a small building with garden equipped with a coded entrance. It breaks down as follows: -a fully equipped kitchen, a living room equipped with BZ, a bedroom equipped with a bed (160 X 200) and a convenient equipped shower room.
