Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

We had an amazing weekend. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool is delicious, always warm and perfect for relaxing. We traveled with two dogs and the house was ideal for them too: safe, with space and pet friendly. The host's attention was excellent, always attentive and friendly. Definitely a place we want to go back to. Highly recommended

Beautiful property with classic charm and lush gardens. We felt we were in our own private oasis. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, clean, and pretty. Bring earplugs. The roosters start early and are relentless!

Beautiful place to stay. The A/C system worked well and was essential for our comfort. The building has a beautiful view of the ocean. The hike up to the property is challenging but manageable although Uber Drivers did struggle to ascend the steep slopes especially after rain which makes the cobblestone roads extremely slick. Overall the place was amazing, we had a good time here and the location was good for touristy activities.

The place is wonderful!! The whole house is very spacious, the rooms are super comfortable, it has super good lighting, it is very well maintained, we only stayed one night and we wanted to stay longer, the pool is ideal, it has all the amenities to use without problem, easy to access with the code provided, it has fans and also air conditioning, Briana's attention was exceptional from the first moment, she gave us recommendations of places to eat, and we could not have eaten better on the beach overlooking the sea! We'll definitely be back.

Mairead and her darling children were wonderful hosts. It was truly a gem of a find, the views from the top bedroom are second to none. And the property itself was so stunning the only downside was that it made it hard to ever want to leave. Mairead and Chris were such gracious hosts, very communicative and attentive to any questions/needs. Hope we have the chance to come back again some day and share the magical space with friends.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was nicely decorated, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the water were stunning (we even saw whales), and the private deck was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The host was also very attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the water!

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.

We arrived at night, there was little lighting when we arrived and the cell phone signal was a little weak to have good contact with the host. I recommend arriving on the first day while there is still light. From there, more facilities, view, comfort, cleanliness, wifi, location 10/10, recommended!

We spent hours swimming, lounging, and soaking up the sunshine. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. We loved every minute of our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The attention to detail and comfort really made this place stand out. We will most definitely be back!

We had a Lovely stay and everything was amazing + with a view! We watch beautiful sunrises! We really enjoy our vacations and we felt really safe walking around with the kids! Ben and David were proactive and supportive throughout the stay! We tried most of their local suggestions. Thank you again 🙏🏽

I had such a wonderful stay at Brisa’s Airbnb. Great price, wonderful location, beautiful room. Of all the places I have stayed in sayulita this has definitely been my favourite. Brisa took such great care of me and all my needs and I would highly recommend anyone stay here!

From the moment I arrived in Sayulita, this spot made me feel like a true local. Nestled right in the heart of it all, I had unbeatable access to the best tacos, vibrant live music, and was just steps from the beach. If you’re looking to be immersed in the energy of Sayulita, this is the place—but rest easy, it quiets down by midnight. The decor was thoughtful, the staircase lined with uplifting words was a beautiful touch, and the balcony felt like my own private sanctuary. As a digital nomad, I appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and inspiring workspace. The host was warm, helpful, and incredibly responsive. Truly a 5/5 stay—I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Great location, right in the heart of the town but surprisingly quiet. The hill is steep, but all the better to work off the tacos 🌮. The photos don’t quite do it justice, such a cool spot!

The house was lovely, and the pool was lots of fun to hang out in. We all enjoyed our stay in Sayulita very much and will definitely be coming back. Would recommend for groups of 6-8
