The luxuriously equipped holiday home (160 m²) is located directly on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal with a view of the Elbe. Directly at the house is a swimming facility or at the sandy beaches on the Elbe within walking distance. There is a very good public transport connection to Hamburg, Lüneburg and Lübeck. Boat trips are also offered. Restaurants, shops and doctors are in town. Whether cyclists, anglers or sun worshipers, there is something for everyone at this location. A boat can also be rented on request.

In the midst of the wild nature of Lake Schaalsee is the idyllic listed village of Techin. In 2021, we lovingly renovated and stylishly furnished our village house with space for 5 guests (plus small child). Families, nature lovers, active vacationers or those looking for a break will all get their money's worth here! Whether bathing in crystal-clear water in the lake within walking distance, cycling & hiking in the beautiful forests or lazing in the large garden - the perfect place for a break!

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are all nearby. We look forward to your visit :-)

Wir bieten euch ein Ferienhaus mit insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmern (3 Doppelbettzimmern (1 je SZ mit Rollläden), 1 SZ mit 2 Etagenbetten (mit Rollläden)), 2 Badezimmern, Whirlpool, Sauna, Sandkiste, Terrasse, Dachterrasse, E-Ladesäule und einem rollstuhlgerechten Erdgeschoss auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück. Zur Badestelle sind es nur 20m und zum hauseigenem Ruderboot knapp 50m. Auf der Auffahrt stehen 4 Stellplätze zur Verfügung.

The surrounding area in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve is ideal for cycling, hiking and birdwatching. The house has everything you need for rest and relaxation. A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.

Whether balcony or terrace - they always have a magnificent view of the water. In the living room with underfloor heating is a large flat-screen TV, in one of the bedrooms also a flat-screen TV. A beautiful end terrace house near Hamburg in a quiet cul-de-sac with a spacious garden, two terraces and an additional covered seating/dining area. The bright and modern rooms are very cozy and invite you to linger. It should be mentioned that the bedrooms are all accessible via stairs. The nature reserve with a large playground, as well as the Holstentherme, are within walking distance. HH Airport is about 25 minutes by car.

Detached single boat house directly on Schweriner Ziegelaussee for two people. The house has direct lake access with two large furnished terraces as well as a balcony to the water. It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiator. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet is available. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, a microwave with oven and a dishwasher. Parking is of course also available.

An oasis against the stress of everyday life in a scenically beautiful location is our second holiday home on a peninsula between two lakes in the heart of Mecklenburg in the Sternberger Seenlandschaft in Rosenow near Warnow. Here you can relax on a 1600sqm large ,green end property. Rosenow is nicely secluded but central to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.

Vacation home Walderholung Mölln

The house is quietly located directly on the edge of the forest, about 500 m from the jetty on the lake. The area invites you to take long hikes and bike tours through the Hellbach Valley and the surroundings of the spa town of Mölln. It is very well connected to public transport (a bus stop is right behind the house). Extensive shopping is also accessible in a few minutes, for example by bike.
