The Mittagsspitze apartment is located in the middle of the countryside, in a very quiet location. The decor of the apartment is very cozy and new (opening 06/11/2020). There are two bedrooms with three beds each, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with sofa. In front of the apartment there is a terrace overlooking the countryside. The apartment overlooks a forest with a small lake and stream. The apartment is on the ground floor and is accessible to strollers and wheelchairs.

Forest is 5 min walk which offers BBQ area & fitness park.

Everything you need from groceries, pharmacy, bakery and public transport only 2min walking distance. Go for a walk in the forest just 5min up the mountain or enjoy the spectacular views at the Rhein river down the road. This is my home, which I occasionally rent out. It reflects my personal touch and includes belongings that make it truly feel like home.

There is no cooking facility!!! Beautiful view and quiet location. The Guferwald bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. By car, you can reach the Malbun/Steg or Vaduz hiking, skiing and recreational area in 10 minutes.

This unique place has a style all its own. It is new, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large balcony. Well located for skiing, some ski resorts can be reached in a short time. The bedroom has a box spring bed 180/200 cm for 2 people. For another 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it would also be possible to book the loft with 4 people.
