Lovely house on the water

In July & August, per week! Our unique house is on a headland with water on 2 sides. Centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby are marinas and recreational homes. From the road, you walk to the ferry, with which you sail to the cottage yourself. The house is only accessible by raft/boat. The house has a garden, wooden scaffolding and seats. Inside, the house is equipped with all comforts: there is floor heating, air conditioning and WiFi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2nd toilet and bathroom.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Very complete house on an island with its own motorboat. All this in a beautiful area with lots of nature, where there is enough to do for everyone. In the garden, you can relax in a hammock, jump on a trampoline, go canoeing, paddle boarding and swimming from your own jetty. Nearby you can continue hiking and cycling to the nearby village of Breukelen and/or hiking along the Vecht. From Breukelen station, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam or Utrecht by train in 25 minutes.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. The beautiful Loosdrechtse lakes are 10 minutes away by bike. In addition, you can reach the city center of both Utrecht and Amsterdam in 20 minutes by train.
