The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Beach bars, restaurants and shops are widely available. And... You can reach the center of Amsterdam in 25 minutes by train. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the appartment. In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun in front of the house or relax in the luxurious sauna.

Cosi private boutique room with bedroom and kitchen island close to the sea, centre and train station. Floor heating system and kitchen with induction plate, refridgerator and combi microwave. Bathroom with walk in rain shower. Only 500 meters from the sea and 50 meters to Restaurant and shop. A private patio is available for outside breakfast/diner. The garden can be closed off and the Jacuzzi (39°C) and Sauna can be booked for a part of the day.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
