The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The approx. 30 square meter cottage has two rooms and a shower room. In the small front garden you can enjoy the morning sun and on the side terrace the evening sun. Our Resthof is centrally operated with a pellet heater. The farm is a 15-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. From the nearby wild beach you can see over to Denmark. Glücksburg, 5 km away, has good shopping and Flensburg, 17 km away, impresses with its harbor and the many colorful houses.

Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozily furnished guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, a small tea kitchen is integrated, private bathroom with shower / toilet is also available. Linen, towels, WiFi and parking are included. A terrace with your own beach chair & other seating our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used upon availability.

Our cozy 12 sqm guest house is equipped with two sofa beds (140x200), refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Linens and towels are furnished. The hut is thermally insulated, but has NO HEATING and NO KITCHEN. No heaters of any kind or hotplates may be operated. 15m away is the bathroom in the outbuilding. Garden table and chairs, garden loungers and barbecue are available.

The house is a two-storey garden house in the Wandsbek district. It stands in a quiet, wonderfully cared for, flower-rich garden and has been lovingly and detailed core renovated. The property is located on a quiet side street with ample parking facilities. The city center is easily accessible by public transport (bus + train).

MY FAVORITE ROOM is an apartment with a private shower room. Wonderfully located in a large garden, directly adjacent to our house, ground floor apartment with terrace and beach chair. Comfortably furnished, cozy room with Wi-Fi, TV and comfortable box spring bed. Kitchenette with "delicious" Nespresso.

Our small cozy apartment is located directly next to our house in the middle of the first dike. You have a small kitchen, a bedroom with TV, Bluray player and desk. On the ground floor there is also the small bathroom. Up a staircase is another small bedroom with 2 mattress beds on European pallets.

Location on the outskirts, cul-de-sac and edge of the field - absolutely quiet. Approximately 1500 m to the marina and beach. Dogs by arrangement. 3 bicycles (already older) can be used free of charge. Please only non-smokers or outdoor smokers. Grill available.
