Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

The bathroom is newly renovated, the 2 bedrooms are equipped with large comfortable double beds, as well as new windows including electric shutters.

City-close duplex accommodation

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in the semi-mountainous area of Stuttgart. It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

Central apartment in S-Mitte

At a distance of about 500 meters from the town hall, a newly furnished apartment is available for interim rent, over periods in which I am traveling professionally. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed (140 x 200 cm), in the living room a big sofa, which incl. mattress topper can be used as a very cozy single bed. In the third room there is a spacious workplace and a cozy sofa bed. Quiet hours apply, events are not possible.

If you are looking for a well-located, functional and clean place to stay, our simple little apartment is just right for you. Please note that Stuttgart is hilly. The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.
