Authentic romantic house in quiet village

Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

The detached vacation home is located in a park in the dunes, right on the North Sea. The large garden is located on a small lake and invites you to grill at the large outdoor barbecue. The house is painted in shades of gray and white and is decorated with numerous works of art. Whether summer or winter, it is totally cozy. It offers an open fireplace in the living area and two terraces plus barbecue and handcart in the large garden. The swimming pool in the park can be used free of charge.

Relax with the whole family in this lovely holiday home. Within walking distance of the beach and Grevelingen Lake. In the middle of the Slikken van Flakkee nature reserve. Ideal for walking/cycling. Spot seals or wild flamingos! Two large marinas. Child-friendly house, completely renovated in recent years. Everything includes bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, air conditioning, gas and electricity. No need to bring anything. Just a good mood. With 2 families? Rent our other cottage there!

We originally took over the house in the fall of 2019 and have been lovingly furnished and newly equipped since then. But even since then, there have always been innovations such as the roofing of the terrace, the outdoor lounge, the bicycles to general. Use added and partial areas in the house have been optimized and/ or renovated.

Peace, space and lots of greenery! A unique combination to unwind and enjoy with each other! Just 200m from the beautiful Grevelingen Lake and beach. Vacation home Zonneschijn is located in a quiet park in Herkingen, above Zeeland. Close to Ouddorp aan Zee, Rotterdam and Renesse. The spacious garden has a lot of privacy and the holiday home has all the comforts. There's even a 3-person infrared sauna! The surrounding area is a lot to do for both adults and children. Welcome!

Our cosy beach house in Zeeland can be rented to enjoy the Zeeland coast! This beach house has a unique location. The house is located on the water and 50 meters from the sea. From the garden you can see the masts of the sailing boats passing by and smell the salty sea air in the garden!
