The chalet is located at 750 m above sea level in Schwyz. Tranquility, privacy, and a breathtaking mountain backdrop, perfect for escaping the stress of everyday life. A 200-year-old Heimatschutzhaus that has largely remained in its original condition and is part of Swiss history, well maintained but old. Elevated above the valley, it offers magnificent views of the mountain and valley. The place exudes a special tranquility and is full of positive energy. Since there are no immediate neighbors, you are completely undisturbed here.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

Seelisberg is a quiet Swiss village, that offers you the chance to disconnect and recharge.

In the beautiful, mostly fog-free Ybrig and the surrounding area, you will find everything to enjoy your vacation, e.g. skiing in the nearby Hoch-Ybrig and Oberiberg ski resort, cross-country skiing in the neighboring village of Studen-Unteriberg, snowshoeing. Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz, which can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.
