Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. The house is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, in the upper part of the city, inside the Medici walls, built by Cosimo de' Medici in 1548, Grand Duke of Florence, descendant of Lorenzo de' Medici. Here the true Elban spirit still survives today. The house is a 40 sqm two-room apartment, with two small bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette and bathroom. It has all the amenities, such as air conditioning, a washing machine, dishes, and a water storage tank if needed.

The Tower Above the Sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful village of Marciana Marina. The tower was already marked as Torre di Poggio on maps of the 16th century and converted into a customs office for the merchandise of lake in the 18th century. In 2023, the tower was remodeled by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location just above the water makes every stay an experience.
