L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. La Perla del Mare - A few steps from the Beach

The apartment is located further up in the village, easily accessible by a small car via a few narrow curves, with private parking. There are 2 outdoor areas, all windows have mosquito nets which is extremely important there (the mosquito net in the bathroom should be replaced) The kitchen is well equipped, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. We had problems with the water, but it was resolved through quick communication It's nice and quiet at night.

We had a great family vacation at Joe's Villa! The house is beautiful and very well maintained, and the location is ideal with the car you can quickly reach many beautiful places on the island. The garden is equipped with artificial turf, which is very useful in this area - it looks well maintained and is perfect for relaxing. Joe was a great host – friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We can absolutely recommend Joe and Villa Aurora and would come back at any time.

The house and the view was even better than on the pictures. Everything was clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, super nice garden with lemon and olive trees. On top of that Giacomo is a very nice and helpful host who always responded quickly and made everything possible! We will come back for sure!

Fantastic house, fantastic host. The house is on top of a hill overlooking Costa Rei. you can walk down directly to the beach within 10 minutes. The house itself is perfect for a family of 4-6 people. Silvia was a kind and super responsive host! I strongly recommend it!!

Mariano was a good-hearted host, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Check-in went smoothly and Mariano was very accommodating regarding arrival and departure times. Arriving at the house was everything to our satisfaction. Clean, equipped with everything you need to live and in good condition. The beach is 1min walk from the house. It was always very tidy and not overcrowded. There were plenty of restaurants, markets and other great beaches to see nearby. Mariano has always given us good tips for which we are very grateful. All in all we had great three weeks on site and would love to be guests of Mariano and his family again. It was our first time in Sardinia and we were impressed by the great island and the hospitable people. We wish Mariano and his family all the best and hope to see and see again soon!

The stay at Daniela's was perfect! The house is newly renovated, extremely clean and more beautiful than in the photos. The furnishings are high-quality, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bathrooms are modern and the outdoor area is fantastic. Ideal for families: The property is fenced, Daniela even got an extra cot. The beach is only 3-4 minutes away, the supermarket also - both within walking distance. There is plenty of parking directly at the house. Daniela was always available, very friendly and always helpful. She responded quickly to messages and was always solution-oriented. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend the house without reservation – we will definitely come back!
