Our solar farm lies in the heart of the bluegrass! We live near: Old Friends Farm, the KY Horse Park, and 35 minutes from UK, Keeneland, The Ark, and 5 distilleries. We live on a small 6 acre farm with cows, sheep, goats, & chickens. Drop by the barn and meet & feed the sheep and goats! You also can watch a movie with them with the little "theater" in the barn. Our house is pretty much a duplex--two houses under one roof, both separate.

Amazing Horse Farm Experience! On Bourbon Trail!

We wanted to try something different, so staying above a horse barn covered that for sure! Beautiful farm, very well maintained. The Loft had all the amenities you could need. The barn cats greeted us every morning on our way out for the day. It was great to see the horses grazing in the pastures. This is truly a quiet, serene place to stay. We drove to the surrounding areas for shopping, golf and dining. The roads are very hilly, but navigating around the area was easy. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is a great place to stay!

Clean and lovely home! I enjoyed an overnight stay with my dog. The yard and the tall privacy fencing were perfect for my dog. Loved the large bathroom/laundry room combo. Comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and place to stay in a safe neighborhood, close to restaurants, with lots to do in the area. House had comfortable beds, great AC and showers, and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would love to stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here. Very quiet and just amazing views. Seen deer,turkey,coon and squirrels. It was amazing to set on the porch and watch the daylight happen listening to wild turkeys everywhere gobbling and the bob white quail whistling. Little slice of heaven

Channa’s place met my family needs as we were in Kentucky for my graduation. Location was close to Lexington and the drive was good. Home was clean and stocked with basic essentials. Also, I enjoyed the towel art.
