Close to the beach and the bay on the south end

The condo is the bottom floor of a duplex and my wife and I live in the upstairs unit. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and 3 houses from the bay where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The property is located on the South end of the island so it’s just a short uber ride to Avalon and Stone Harbor, or short Jitney ride to the center of town in Sea Isle. There are also a couple restaurants including Hanks and Sole, new bakery Shorebreak, small grocery and an ice cream parlor within a few blocks.
