Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the previous village before coming to Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There are 1 container and 1 house in the same area. It's a virgin place at the foot of the Logos forests. There are fields, fruit trees, fire fields in the land. The stream flows through the land. It is 2 minutes by car and 20 minutes by foot to the village center. There are also 5 to 8 acres of land around it, sparse houses. It is a small cumin of photographers, painters and designers.

our house is in a very easy location 2 hours from Istanbul. It is 40 minutes away from Sapanca, 1.5 hours away from the aban. Only the top floor of our triplex house is for rent. Our garden is 8000 m2. There are various fruit trees in it. We offer breakfast and dinner on demand. You can do trekking, fishing , mushroom picking activities. We have extra room for crowded families and transfer for transportation from Istanbul you can message us for detailed information.

In Dag Forest, away from everything

It is a safe and comfortable area to explore the forest by having wonderful walks in the mountain forest of a village connected to Mudurnu, away from everything, surrounded only by a forest, but comfortable and modernly furnished. If you want both peace and some adventure, you should have this experience. As an option at home, we have limited electricity with solar panel... We use candlelight for light, fireplace for heating, wood-fired water heater for hot water.

Our farm, built on 7 acres of land, will offer you a perfect holiday experience with our horses, geese, ducks, chickens, dogs and its unique nature. Our place is in a natural area with no construction around it, in the middle of olive groves, 1.7 km from the main road (Çanakkale-İzmir). Our road is a dirt and stabilized light stone road between olive groves. We recommend that you be more careful, especially when you arrive by passenger vehicles.
