Important Notes: • Animal-free home due to medical allergies; no pets or animals permitted • Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed • No spring breakers. City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.

The condo is located in a tropical courtyard just steps from one of the two pools on property. We should have most of the amenities that you could need. The condo is walking distance to the Sea Turtle Inc. rehab center, Clayton’s Beach Bar, and the new Bar Louie.
