Beautiful home, house has great features and very modern.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

Super simple to find the location, and quick to get to once you cross over into Seaside Heights. Seaside Heights isn't huge, so it's generally walkable to the boardwalk, amusement park, etc. Cute house. We ran out of toilet paper the last night but then again didn't ask about where to find or get more. Otherwise the place was good for our group of people. There's a quaint backyard with a sitting area, but the weather really did not cooperate to use it. There beach chairs for your use as well. The coffee maker in the house is a K-cup machine, and if you plan to cook a lot you may want to bring your own chef's knife. The kitchen isn't huge in terms of work space. I suspect most people including our group will eat out most of the time. There's plenty of food options along the shore, or over across the bridge. All in all it was a fun comfortable stay.

We had a great stay here ! The location was perfect , it’s an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The place itself is clean and has everything you need for a getaway down the shore. It being pet friendly was a huge plus. We would stay here again anytime we are in the area!

Great place to stay. Super clean, close to the state park and restaurants. Perfect little getaway for our family of 3. The area that the house is in is also very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.

This stay was among our favorite for sure. The proximity to the beach, having the shore next to us was great. Host-wise, the communication from them and all the team needed was on point.

Shin and Amie have made our stay great. The place was exactly as was described and more. The walkable distance to the beach, boardwalk, grocery store, liquor store, CVS have been so convenient. The house was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary things to make food like (pots, pans, seasoning, etc)

A Phenomenal 2 week stay at this lovely home in Seaside Heights that’s conveniently located very close to the beach, lots of great eateries, & a supermarket. We had lots of room for us & our 2 small dogs who loved the spacious yard. Everything was just as described & we felt right at home the first day. Beautifully decorated, very clean, convenient driveway. We loved lounging on the front porch, relaxing with our pups in the yard & watching movies in the comfy living room. Lots of closet space, full-length mirror in cozy bedroom & roomy shower. Kitchen stocked with all necessities. Toms River & Lavallette both minutes away with lots of fun restaurant choices & activities. We also visited great restaurants within walking distance on the Boulevard & went biking around the dog friendly neighborhood. Great beach, boardwalk lit-up at night, cute park around the corner, easy keypad entry. We found a dog-friendly beach inside the state park!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

We had 8 adults, 2 kids and a baby with us, and it worked out well for everyone. Lots of sleeping arrangements possibilities, three and a half baths, two kitchens, an outdoor deck on each floor. House is bright and airy and modern and beautiful, on a quiet street. Big washer/dryer. Lots of dishes and silverware and everything a kitchen needs. Great cart in the garage for hauling towels and toys to the beach, about a 5 to 7-minute walk. Great location - Beautiful quiet not-crowded beach in Seaside Park. Short walk to the "noisy" active commercial boardwalk of Seaside Heights, with every kind of food available, and mini-golf and water-park and amusement rides for the kids. Being 3 houses away from the bay was an added attraction - beautiful sunsets over the bay, with a great playground right by the water, for little ones and bigger kids too. We had a WONDERFUL family vacation!

Your amenities went above and beyond our expectation. Your quick response about activities nearby were on point. We enjoyed a day in Lavallette and a night of dinner, dancing and cocktails at Bum Roger’s. Both very close to your house. The beds are so comfortable. You are an amazing host and we look forward to another shore trip soon.

We had a great day from start to finish Jaclyn was more than accommodating. She thought of everything and was responsive throughout our entire trip. She was flexible with check-in and check out, which was super important for us. The location was great and walkable to local bars and restaurants as well as the beach and Bay.
