Nuestro apartamento en la sierra de Madrid está situado a la entrada de Mataelpino, un pequeño pueblo mancomunados con Cerceda y El Boalo. Es un apartamento independiente que se encuentra en la misma finca donde está nuestra casa. Tiene un salón cocina comedor que se calienta en invierno con una esrufa de pellet, y una habitación con un baño. En la habitación hay un radiador eléctrico móvil. En verano es muy fresquito al estar gran parte construido en roca. El apartamento dispone de una zona ajardinada independiente y exclusiva que está vallada donde hay una barbacoa, una mesa y sillas y unos sillones de jardin para poder disfrutar de los atardeceres. Se trata de una zona tranquila y rodeada de naturaleza con muchas sendas y rutas para poder pasear y desconectar. Nosotros estaremos encantados de haceros la estancia lo más agradable posible y a disposición para ayudaros en cualquier duda que os surja sobre nuestro alojamiento.

Guest house

Our little house in the Sierra de Madrid is located on the outskirts of Cercedilla, just a 10-minute walk from the center of the village, in a very quiet area where there is hardly any traffic despite being so close to all services. Located next to the countryside to do all kinds of routes, from more comfortable and short ones such as "the water path" or more demanding and long ones such as the route to Siete Picos. It is an independent apartment that is located on the same property as the house.

Alojamiento para larga estancia desde 1 mes. Apartamento está situado en la parte inferior de nuestra vivienda habitual. Es un semisótano, con entrada independiente. Dispone de utensilios para estar cómodamente en el apartamento. También dispone de una pequeña terracita. Está ubicada en un entorno de plena naturaleza. 100% rustic cabin

The house is very rural (not suitable for people looking for luxuries), we have three independent houses within the same estate. The rustic house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room. There is no kitchen (there is a microwave, fridge with freezer and coffee maker). The joyful wagon

The Vagón Alegre began its journey in the 1950s and, somewhat tired, decided to retire and settle in the mountains, where it began a lighter job appreciated by the people who decided to live there. Climbing the iron stairs and running the door, we enter a space full of colors and strength provided by the environment of holm oaks and the pure air in which it is immersed. On the farm there are two dogs that happily coexist with the guests outdoors.

WIFI. It is an ideal apartment for couples who like the tranquility of the countryside, rustic decoration. We are in an urban area and within my plot is the private apartment with garden. There is also the possibility of staying with two children under 12 years old, on a sofa bed. There are many places to visit, Atazar, Patones, Torremocha, Sierra de Guadalajara, Poza de Caraquiz and we can inform you if you wish. Only 50 km from Madrid.

It is a guest house located within the plot where the owners' house is. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The garden, barbecue and pool are for the common use of guests and owners, but we respect the privacy of our tenants. For work reasons we are practically not at home throughout the day. Exterior: Jardín de uso exclusivo con mesa y sillas en el exterior.

The property has two independent accommodations: this small house for 4 people and another larger house for 12. Each has its own garden and private space, although they share the main entrance.
