Les Glycines Gîte – Domaine de Poulaines

The Domaine de Poulaines en Berry, in the heart of a village with shops, consists of a Renaissance manor house with 17th-19th century outbuildings, surrounded by 20 ha of woods and 4.5 ha of gardens. Close to the A71, A85, and A20 highways, the Châteaux of the Loire Valley (Valençay, Chambord, Chenonceau, etc.), and Beauval Zoo. On a private estate, you will enjoy a perfectly furnished luxury house with private terraces in the garden and a barbecue. Swimming pool, tennis court.

Warmth and comfort between Chenonceau and Beauval

The residence dates from the 1930s, with an inner courtyard and two troglodyte cellars. The accommodation is on the 1st floor, duplex overlooking the courtyard, with its entrance and a parking option. There is a fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to the living room; a bedroom with good bedding; a second bedroom with two single beds; a laundry room with a washer-dryer and a bathroom with a large shower and double sink. Everything is provided for a good recovery.

Treat yourself to a nature getaway in our Unique Geodetic Dome, close to Beauval Zoo. Enjoy a unique stay in the heart of the countryside and gaze at the stars to the sound of nocturnal birdsong. The “Sérénité” dome has an en-suite bathroom and a composting toilet. Every morning, a delicious homemade breakfast is delivered to your door. For a relaxing moment, you can also book our wood-fired heated Nordic bath for private use for an additional fee.

Our cave house is located on the edge of Loches, with a great view of the castle, a private terrace and a barbecue; it can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center, you can leave your car in the small private parking lot and do everything on foot (10 minutes from the city center). You can also discover magnificent sites: Amboise, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, Montrésor… We offer, when we can, breakfast on the 1st day.

This family accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities (downtown). The house is a 5-minute drive to Zoo Parc de Beauval (allow 2 days to fully enjoy it) and can accommodate 6 people.
