Imad was a very friendly person, he received us very cheerful and with initiative he taught us the whole house had climate throughout the house very good apartment with good hygiene all clean and tidy by the way close to the house, you can rent quads and there is minisuper under the house we really liked it. Cafes close to home and restaurants very good location

Unfortunately, we "only" had a short stay at this great place. The landlord was very friendly accommodating and always helpful. We arrived with two toddlers and you also immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is very clean, beautifully decorated and leaves nothing to be desired. This will definitely not have been our last stay there. Thank you so much for the wonderful pleasant care.

Great apartment in Nador! Everything as described – clean, well equipped and great for local conditions. Two bedrooms: one with double bed, the other with two single beds. Large living room with cozy couch and TV (Netflix can be used with your own account). The bathroom was clean and well appointed, incl. Shower gel, toothpaste, and hair dryer. Great location: Directly across the street there is a large market where you can get everything. The sea is less than 100 m away, to the beach it is about 10 minutes walk. Two balconies offer beautiful views of the road and side to the sea. A large parking lot is available, but often full. Soufian was a great host – very friendly, helpful and extremely quick to respond. Especially for us as first visitors in Morocco, this was very valuable. The only downside: the street is quite noisy, and the pans could be renewed. Still a great place to stay and highly recommended!

Great stay! Khalid was really great from start to finish. Very welcoming, always available to answer our questions or help us if needed, it's reassuring when you don't know the city, especially Nador where you need to be transported to really discover the place. The accommodation was faithful to the listing, clean, well located (you can take a taxi to get around in less than 1 minute) it was even better in real life. We felt comfortable right away, I recommend it without hesitation! Thanks again to Khalid for the little unplanned visit and also for this Moroccan hospitality that we rediscover every time :)

I happened to come across this apartment because it was available at that time — what luck! It is a beautiful, clean and quiet apartment, located in the center of Al Matar. Karim is a new host who has quickly developed into a superhost. Communication was excellent. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, exactly as described in the advertisement. The kitchen was clean and equipped with all the necessities. On the corner is cafe-restaurant Mina Rosita, and there is also a small supermarket nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and Karim was available 24/7 for all our questions. Definitely recommended! We will definitely come back here. Thanks, Karim!

We had a very nice stay at Jawad's house. So far the best home we have rented in Nador. Everything matched the pictures. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is available. The location is also top, everything is walkable. You have a supermarket, restaurant, cafe, pharmacy and dry cleaning in walking distance. Furthermore, the contact with Jawad and Hassan was very good, the check-in and check-out went smoothly. The communication was always friendly and proactive. We'd love to come back!

Had a great time staying with Ahlam! Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed. The apartment was immaculately clean and well appointed, with attention to detail that really made a difference.

We had a really good stay at Alaqariyya’s place! The owners where very nice and helpful. We could communicate in English and when we had a question they immediately helped us. They also helped us with arranging a taxi to the train station. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and it was a nice stop between Melilla and Fez. Thank you!

The apartment was exactly as you would like it: clean, quiet, well equipped and centrally located. But what made the whole thing special was Kareem - super reliable, friendly and always available, without being intrusive. You can tell he knows what he's doing. I would book with him again anytime.

My stay at Achraf’s apartment was fantastic! Achraf was very responsive, greeted us to hand over the keys, and explained everything about check-in, check-out, and the apartment. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and just a short walk from the beach. The rooftop offers a stunning sea view, making mornings and evenings extra special. The apartment exceeded my expectations. The pictures on Airbnb don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful in real life. It was spotless, with all essentials provided: plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, pillows, and covers. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, and everything needed for cooking. There was also a washing machine, drying rack, and iron for convenience. The TV had Netflix, Shahid, and other subscriptions, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was warm and cozy even in winter. Overall, Achraf’s hospitality and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!

I had a very good stay at the place, everything was as described.

For the 5/5 that I give It is necessary to take into account the value for money which is great and our need to have the motorcycles safely (3 bikers). It is a modest accommodation, not luxury, but convenient. a first living room with sofas then equipped kitchen and two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two small beds + a crib. one bathroom with a toilet. The owner gives us a gps point to find the accommodation and arrived on site the caretaker is there at all hours of the night. he was so kind. the apartment is as described. Very good to sleep on. To improve one small thing: maybe provide a small bottle of water per person. Selouane is 10-15 min from Nador, so great when you get off the ferry. i recommend if you need a place to sleep clean, safe and close to Nador. Happy hosting!
