Apartment holiday rentals in Senai

Our second stay with Ben. His apartment provided everything we needed, washer/dryer, 2 toilets, many beds, each bed comes with hard pillow and soft pillow. Even had an enclosed balcony which gave us extra space, as well as a large TV to enjoy shows. The wifi was a bit spotty, but he told us way in advance so we were not surprised. Anyway it helped me limit my children’s screen time My go-to apartment every time we are at paradigm mall!

Good place to stay

This is my 2nd time staying at Jason’s place. I highly recommend. Jason is responsive in communicating, and his instructions are clear. The place is clean and is well-equipped.

Good place to stay as not near to jam place and peaceful night as not near to road. Nearby got Paradigm Mall.

Serene stay in a less densely populated area, contributing to a calm atmosphere. However, accessing dining options requires transportation or reliance on delivery services like Grab or Foodpanda due to limited nearby choices. The swimming pool is a highlight, though accessing it involves an inconvenient walk from Tower B to Tower A’s lobby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The place is exactly the same as photo. The host is friendly and accommodating to our special requests. Bed is comfortable with extra pillows provided. Check In and Check Out process was very smooth. Will come back again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The check-in instruction was clear. The space itself is spacious and the view from the balcony was beautiful. I enjoyed using the big pool. Water pressure and WiFi signal were good. I even used the washing machine and dried out clothes on the balcony. My only concerns are the overly strict security guard at the entrance who constantly asked if we were registered when we enter and if we were checking out when we exit the condo. Furthermore the parking is so high up and it took quite some time just to enter and exit to and from the parking lot. But other than that, it is perfect.

Easy and clear instructions from Catie. She even called me a day earlier to inform me that there’s a water disruption on the day of my check out. Appreciate the effort made. Was given a bigger apartment but 2 other rooms were locked as we are only a family of 4. Apartment was huge. Location is only a stone throw away from CIQ. Many food stalls nearby if you’re driving. The only downsides are noises from the vehicles downstairs as apartment was just right beside CIQ. Jacuzzi tub wasn’t clean as the jet blows out residues. Maybe due to previous home stayers using bath bombs. We ended up not utilising it. It was too warm to sit in the balcony as there are 4 aircon condensers. Checking in and out was hassle free. Catie was kind enough to keep us updated throughout. Will come back again next time. Thank you Catie!

I had a very comfortable stay here. The place is well maintained and clean, with everything I needed for a smooth visit. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, especially regarding the lift issue, which Lynette is clearly aware of and managing attentively. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for the price, good location, close to food and shops. Fast WIFI, clean house, many facilitates. Extremely close to CIQ. My friends and I really enjoyed staying there. For the price I paid I am more that satisfied with what was offered and I would be happy to recommend this place to others. Would visit again.

The building look rather dim and old from the exterior, however, the unit says otherwise. The unit is clean, neat and spacious. The beds and pillows are very comfy, however the sofa & sofa bed seems to be too soft and sink in. Netflix on the TV is not updated hence not able watch Netflix. The unit near to Mt Austin where very happening at night. Walking to Mt Austin is possible but expected about maybe 15min walk thou. Host is very responsive, sent texts to ensure smooth check in & check out. Host has a helper, Uncle Choi to oversee the unit. Uncle Choi sent texts and videos to guide the check in. Sorry Uncle Choi, you sleep late that night as we check in near midnight. Overall we very satisfied, highly recommended.

good place to stay

Had a great stay at the homestay in Country Garden Central! Super clean, comfy, and in a convenient location easy to get around. Host was really helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

The unit was very clean and AMAZING. Also, the building was well maintained. The host was very responsive and immediately replaced with a new kettle in 30mins after we flagged faulty. I would definitely recommend this place and revisit when I go to JB again!!

The place is exactly as described in the pictures. They provide essential cooking tools, common condiments, instant noodles, and instant coffee. It was very convenient to prepare simple meals during the stay. I also noticed a small collection of books in Chinese made the space feel even more welcoming. The space was clean, cozy, and felt like a home. The TV didn’t have Netflix, but there was access to Yogurt TV, which offered a variety of channels from all over the country. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place for a short stay.

It's a lovely and cozy place for our family. Appreciated for the snacks and chocolate. Host is very responsive and friendly. Overall, no regrets ❤️❤️

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, well-maintained, and felt homely. Both the condo and place were spotless and fully equipped with everything you need. The view from the apt was beautiful, and the surrounding area felt safe and peaceful as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

Easy parking, very convenient. Very easy to go in and out. Registration for parking also very straightforward, no problem at all. House exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Host very helpful and responsive. Overall, a pleasant stay. Thank you!🤩
