Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

La Dolce Visciola is located among the green hills of the Marche region and overlooks a splendid panorama that stretches from the countryside to the sea. Ideal place for those who love to relax surrounded by nature. For those who want to recharge their batteries while staying at the farmhouse, you will find a large garden with swimming pool, bocce ball court and barbecue. It was my home for a long time and now I make it available to you, my traveling friends. Kitchen and living room in an open space environment, a double bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and full amenities. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, TV in both the kitchen and bedroom. Access is via Self Check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, a 5-minute bike ride to the center and a 10-15 minute walk. Tourist tax: €1/day per guest to be paid in cash at check-out, up to a maximum of 7 days, children under 15 years are exempt.
