Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Seobuk-gu

We checked in super late into Lulu’s apartment and she was kind enough to stay up to ensure check in went smoothly. It’s the perfect central location in Seoul with easy access to Seoul station, with Olive Young and CU downstairs and the Four Points Sheraton just next door. Great, comfortable spot for staying in Seoul, I appreciated the little touches like the coffee, water bottles and Aesop soaps.

Very well-organized space, that was exactly as described and pictured. It's about an 8-minute walk either direction to get to Gangnam Station or Yangjae Station, and there is plenty of restaurants very close, with many retail options located just a short walk away in Gangnam. The host responded quickly and friendly, and I had zero issues with my check-in, stay, & checkout.

I felt like I was at home. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a convenient, low-cost place to stay near Seoul. The apartment is a typical Korean "officetel" in a well-known suburb of Seoul. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby, including a 24-hour convenience store in the lobby of the building. The nearest subway station is just a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was very clean and had all of the kitchen and bathroom essential items. I was staying in the middle of summer so it was quite hot outside, but the AC unit kept the apartment cool. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. It was very quiet at night despite the urban high rise environment. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Great stay at this location! Everything was spotless, clean, and as advertised. The apartment is very well equipped, there were lots of small useful things available, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Sean was a very responsive and available host. I highly recommend it!

It's spacious and pleasant, and it's close to Dongtan Station, so it's convenient.

The host was very responsive and even found a way to help us check in early. Very thoughtful as to prepare refreshments upon our arrival given the heat. The place is secure, very comfortable and absolutely cozy - just the right place to come home to after a long day’s stroll. :) Highly recommended!

Han put a lot of explanation (even in english) that were very helpful. The appartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, it is really cozy. The subway station is really close, which is a big plus, and the river too.

The Rainbow House owner is definitely a super host. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely stay! Felt like home right away and for the whole month and a half I stayed. There’s a mention of the plane sounds: to be clear, they are LOUD, and operate periodically most week days anywhere from 10a to 7p. I’ve lived right next to several USAF bases and my dad was a pilot and I’m telling you. The jets are LOUD. That said, I would definitely stay here again. So lovely and close enough to walk to Suwon Station. Lovely walk, too!

It was nice to have a good scent in the accommodation after checking in, I was able to have a pleasant day with the host's kind and quick response! It was close to Bupyeong Station, so it was easy to walk, and there was a large window on the upper floor, so I wasn't stuffy! The bathroom and room are clean, so if I come to Bupyeong, I want to visit again:)

It was a great experience staying at 동윤’s place. Place was clean with all the amenities we needed. 동윤 was nice and very helpful. The instructions on how to get to the place were super clear. The place is conveniently located near Seoul Station. I highly recommend this place to everyone who are visiting Seoul.

We had a great stay - Serena was a very responsive, attentive host and answered all of our questions and inquiries. The location was extremely convenient and we would absolutely stay there again, particularly for a longer trip. Instructions for taking the airport limo bus were flawless, and it's basically across the street from the in-town terminal. Only very positive things to say!

Jenna was an extremely responsive host whenever I had questions about the gym, trash disposal. Her apartment was clean and ~5-7 min walk to Yeoksam and Gangnam station with convenience stores just across apartment. Love that the building had a big gym (with 3-4 treadmills etc) - though its operating hours might not fit those looking to hit a gym early morning. Would recommend this to business travelers looking for a cosy, clean place to stay with crucial amenities

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is ideal—just a short walk to the Humphreys walking gate, which was very convenient. The apartment itself is private and peaceful. Inside, everything was spotless and felt brand new. The appliances were all modern and high-quality, and the space was both comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stylish stay. Would absolutely book again!

Lee & Oh’s place is super clean and comfortable, made us felt right at home. You can feel a lot of love and care have been put into the apartment as the owners pay attention to every small detail, making our stay very comfortable. The apartment is also very spacious and perfect for families. Would definitely recommend 100%z

This was a in great place, great location, right next to the Starfield Shopping Mall. There is a trail nearby, if you are into a hiking or cycling or just serenity walk. This apartment has a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with spacious living room with dining table. Couch or Sofa would have been nice, though! Nevertheless, we enjoyed very much with this apartment.

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.
